Ottima la vicinanza alla stazione dei treni per raggiungere comodamente il centro di Amsterdam. Colazione ben fornita con buoni prodotti.
Molto lento il servizio e poco attento lo staff di sala del bistrot interno (pranzo/cena).

the car park was away from hotel.

All the staff were truly professional and yet fantastic on a personal level too. The suite room was large open spaced with a great shower room. The night time restaurant and bar food was excellent totally worth the extra cost.
Being a brit the only thing missing was the English breakfast as its just a continental one but that's more personal preference. The quality of the food looked superb. The bed in the suite was a a brilliant size but due to being memory foam I was unable to use it, so slept on the sofa bed which was more firm.

Luxury hotel close to Zaandam station. Clean and comfy for a family of four.
Aircon in our room did not work properly during a heat wave. Breakfast was a bit too expensive for us (especially since we were four). Hotel should consider offering breakfast packages for families?

Big rooms.
Near station 10 minutes the centre with the train.
The room is cold and we cannot increase the temperature.
The staff is rube.
You pay for the parking 12/day with no free option around.
The room was big and modern but with no spirit and cause of the high sealing was very cold.
The bed has a hole and the mattress moves away from their place all the time

The hotel was lovely, located right next to train station which is only 2 stops away from central. shops around hotel so easy to grab things you need
The beds were uncomfortable, the room could of done with a repaint as walls were very dirty and marked.

The location and the food specials breakfast great and also the staff really nice and friendly
the only thing I don't like it was the room service , the cleaning was not the best, they did not change the cover of the bed and the towels but overall it is really good hotel and I really recommend for everyone.
and if I come next time I will stay on it.

My room was always made whenever I wanted them to but it took some days before my sheets amd pillows were changed although I indicated that I wanted them changed

Breakfast was very good and starts at 7;00 with lots of food,the hotel is very clean,and near the train station,the room is very good size and very clean and quite ,we ate dinner there and the waiters were very nice to us and the food is amazing .
All ok ,just make sure that coffee and sugar etc are refilled when room is cleaned
