We had a great time at Sithonian Villa, Nikos was very responsive and welcoming. The view from the villa is just amazing and the sunsets are unforgettable. We would love to come back again!

Spectacular spot with a great pool and fantastic view. Perched on the hilltop above Neos Marmaras, the Sithonian Villa was a great spot for relaxation and exploring the Sithonian peninsula. Nikos met us on arrival (patiently waiting for us). He was friendly, welcoming and responsive - an overall exceptional host. He gave us a care package of essentials - drinks, wine, coffee and snacks. It was nice to stay in a real family house, not "rental standard" property. Freddy, the local handyman, handled the couple of routine maintenance/repair issues fast and efficiently. The pool was very well maintained, nice and warm, and great for swimming. We loved the villa and hope to come back.

Sithonian Villa experience was fabulous beyond all expectations!! A superb summer house, with a spacious private pool, exceptionally clean, very comfortable and and very well equipped. The view was stunning. The sunset brought a romantic and serene atmosphere. Overall exceptional !!!!

The Sithonian Villa was far beyond our expectations: an amazing, cozy summer house, clean and comfort. The view was stunning. Quiet in its location but close to Marmara and many other places to do whatever you like.... The swimming pool an additional asset, although the beaches near by the house were also great... It was all we needed for super summer vacations in Chalkidiki.... Ideal for families but I would definitely visit it again with just friends only! Value for money....Totally worth it...!!!
