Late arrival OK, the staff proactively called to ensure we get the keys. It was a bit difficult to find the flat, but we managed :)
Fairly basic accomodation. I was expecting more than that for the price paid. Anyway our key goal was to find a place to sleep for 2 nights, so no big deal.

It is very cold in the house. We have an unpleasant situation. We got into an accident on the way and had to cancel the accommodation. They informed us that we cannot settle in time. I was traveling with 4 children, two of whom were 2 years old. The owner of the apartment refused us a late check-in. He did not even try to somehow solve the problem, offer another option, or advise something. We were forced to look for a place to spend the night in a foreign country with our children in the evening. Practically remained on the street after driving 1000 km.

Price/Value ratio is very good. The pool was very clean. For a family vacation is top.
The mosquitos are terrible :( Use repellent! Thera are no washing mashines in complex.
