Location is perfect, right in central Invy town.

No Linens. No tea or sugar. Rubbish bin in the kit when wasn’t emptied.

Great location, close to town

Although the amenities were good, the cleanliness was far below any standard you would expect. It needs a thorough good deep clean before I would recommend this place. • Carpets on stairs – stained and very dirty • Venetian blinds – full of thick dust and grime • Windows – full of spider webs, black dirt and mould and mildew – dead spiders and bugs • Ceiling above stairs – many months of spider webs and spiders • The table beside the bed had rings and marks from previous use of cups or mugs • Kitchen floor had dead bugs and edges have not been properly cleaned for a very long time (as with the entire house) • Toilet in main bathroom – the vinyl floor around the toilet smells of old urine – needs a deep clean • Skirting boards all dirty, dusty, dead spiders and bugs and alive spiders with large webs • The doorway upstairs to the only accessible deck was exceptionally dirty, with stains on the carpet. This area was very offensive. The images show the property having a front upstairs deck with balcony, however this is inaccessible as it is locked with the internal secondary glazing. This glazing also prevents windows being able to be opened. It's a great little townhouse, just needs to be thoroughly cleaned and detailed to bring it back up to scratch.

Foxtel is not really open for easy viewing. Only free tv is open because if you open foxtel it requires you to pay rent for movies
