fabulous property, high quality bathrooms, great views; very helpful checkin from Victor who also sorted out a nice restaurant for us.
no water on the last day due to landslides taking out water mains; nothing that could be done by the property owners and certainly not their fault.

The location was at 1400 meters , 300 meters up the village . You must have a car to go to the nearest cablecar , but there you have a big peace sensation and 2 private gardens with huge views . It is near of the best courmayeur restaurant by me ( Chalet Plan Gorret ).
