There was no breakfast apart from some milk. The premises were very comfortable and well supplied with everything that might be needed but it did not include food.
Unfortunately, we could not get the video set working. It might need new batteries or some other attention.

Very clean, excellent presentation.
Not really a complaint but the gas fireplace worked too well. We would've loved to sit in front of it but even on low it was too warm.

Fabulous location, close to town, but still far enough out to feel secluded.
Beautiful view from the villa over the vineyard, across the gorge towards the village.
Access to a traffic free walk along the gorge.
This might seem petty, however, the only thing I could point out which was not of the same luxury level as everything else, was the toilet seat. It was made of flimsy plastic, moved around and squeeked.

Location and quality of the property were excellent. Having a glass of wine on the deck overlooking the vineyard was very relaxing.
On our first night, there was a strong gusty wind blowing and, at the time of a very strong gust, there was a loud clattering noise coming from something outside (at the back) which was not secured. Although we ventured outside in the darkness, we were unable to locate the cause of the noise and it prevented us from getting off to sleep even with ear plugs. We realise that there is no way the owners could know about this problem and mention it for them to investigate next time it is windy.

The quality of the rooms, kitchen appliances and provisions was the best I have ever experienced. The bathroom was sensational - huge, modern spa bath, dual shower heads, heated towel racks and floor... The bed, bedside table, lighting, blinds, heater, AC, couch, tables and all furniture was outstanding. The highlight was the views over Beechworth Gorge to the town centre, the vineyard in the foreground and very attractive and well maintained gardens. Quiet, very private and beautiful accomodation, only a moderate walk from the town centre.

Beautiful location surrounded by wineries, spectacular spa and shower and beautiful kitchen which encouraged us to stay in more to enjoy the accommodation.

Location was beautiful, bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was to die for and the heated floors were amazing.
Wifi would be nice, the couch could have been a bit more comfy and we would have loved to use the pool but it was too cold and it’s only heated during summer months

The location, the quiet, privacy, it was such a beautiful property and would recommend staying there.
There was nothing to dislike.

Beautiful countryside location. Felt very private. Very comfortable. We were able to fully relax and enjoy all the luxurious facilities
The only thing I would change was that we had to drive into town for our dinner. During the day you could walk into town, but would not feel comfortable doing that at night.
