Stylish apartment and great location

location to metro and access to lots of good restaurants made it very convenient. we had the basic supplies to make our stay comfortable

the heating in the living room didn’t work

The apartment is in an unbeatable location if you want to be in the center of the elegant up-class area of Madrid. The apartment is very big so space is not an issue.

Apartment is so big that they haven't been able to make it cozy. Windos face small interior patios which would be fine if you could see through the glass, instead they have them tinted so it gives a feeling of a cave. Despite the beautiful light of Madrid apartment is dark. Modern dark decoration doesn't help with the cozyness. Apartment was apparently clean but not to a high standard. Walls need repainting which did not help with the clean feeling. There was noise from the floor above every night, as if the people living there would fight or move furniture. We travelled with a baby and I especifically asked if the buggie would fit the lift. It did fit as I was told but it was a very old lift with 2 sets of manual doors and a step to get in, was not easy with a buggy and I would have appreciated more clarity about this in advance. Fridge does not close properly so it keeps working and freezes stuff.
