Location is good in City walk, amenities on your doorstep.
Many broken items, dirty bathrooms, bathroom floods shower leaks all over bathroom and puddles at the toilet, lack of plug sockets, plug sockets melted and burnt with metal stuck in them. Poor equipment in the kitchen, toaster on a 2 pin plug when questioned they said you need an adaptor but didn’t send one. Terrace and windows thick with dust, absolutely filthy when told about it they didn’t come and clean. Lights not working , AC temperamental either freezing cold or you have to switch it off. Only cutlery for 2 people. Lack of kitchen utensils and pans for cooking.

Location was excellent, close to food and shopping but no noise. Very spacious apartment. Reception and customer service were great.
Slightly more attention to detail needed with cleaning (noticed some dust behind curtains). But overall was good, bathrooms very clean.

We stayed here while our AC was getting cleaned and it was perfect for a family as there was plenty of space for the kids whilst still being comfortable for adults. The pool is nice and shaded in the afternoon and the location is ideal next to all the amenities at City Walk (without being exposed to any of the noise). Staff were friendly and helpful. We were concerned about the deposit we needed to put down for damages (understandable as being close to the arena, it might likely attracts big groups) but all was reimbursed swiftly. The apartment also included a push chair, high chair, bunk beds so would be great for tourists visiting Dubai with young kids.

It's a spacious apartment, very laxrious and very comfortable. Thenswimming pool is nice and quite.
The staff are amazing and very responsive and polite. I would like to thqnk Mr. Abul Rahman for his great support. I would definitly repeat it again.
The only thing that I could mention here is I couldn't use the kettle nor the coffe machine as they were dusty and there was no dish washing soap.

The location was great
Access to FAM company personnel and contact with them was very difficult and office didn’t answer!
specially the date of entry to the property
we couldn’t contact with company both WhatsApp and Office.
We got to Dubai 10 pm.
The return back time of deposit was long in comparison to hotels or other accommodations that we had booked earlier.

The size, location, cleanliness, elegance, and the staff.
The guy named Abdulrahman was super helpful and cooperative.
I felt the sofas in the living room were used heavily that made them lose thier original structure, but they were still comfortable to set on thought.

it’s close to daughter university , nice coffee shop in the same building , Resturant and shops just one min walk . the fam staff very helpful like Mr. Abdullrahman and Mr. Bernard . they communicate with us in all our stay .

The location is excellent, the balcony is quiet, the space is large, and the furniture is very suitable
the air conditioning for one of the bed room’s does not work. There are no slippers for the bathroom’s . There is no electric vacuum cleaner. There are no garbage bins in the bedrooms. There is no mirror on the one of the bedroom dresser. There is no Dustpan, Sweeping, Brush for cleaning small crumbs.there isn’t Wash rack

A beautiful and spacious apartment in what I consider to be one of the best areas in Dubai, City Walk. The apartment has everything you would need as amenities. The friendly staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and helped out when we had a slight issue with the apartment. Special thanks to Abdul Rehman and Bernard Fernandes. Both are top guys and judging by other reviews, genuine and caring for the guests.
The only slight niggle was the WiFi. Worked well in some parts of the apartment but not everywhere and at times the signal was a bit weak.

The apartment was exactly as advertised with modern furniture and accessories making our stay comfortable and homly. There was a smart TV which allowed us to sign into our Netflix account and enjoy as a family. City walk itself is an amazing location with low rise buildings and an abundance of outdoor restaurants and shopping.
I had requested an early check-in which was a breeze thanks to Bernard who was also a great help in getting a late check out (for a nominal charge) and helping with the luggage. We were able to get more out of our stay because of his tips and information.
These are more like suggestions than complaints. I think number of towels provided can be increased for guests staying for more than three days.
