Good size apartment (suited only for young couples, not kids) relatively close to Annecy old town if you don't mind the short uphill stroll and are willing to overpay for this proximity.

Keys handover process and communication was awful. Despite enquiring about this multiple times without any response, the host called me just a hour prior to arrival and mentioned that the checkin was not confirmed as he was unable to secure the safety deposit. Further, we requested for a baby cot and also enquired if the mattress was also provided. There was no response on this as well. On arrival, we disappointedly could not find it in the apartment. When requested, the host mentioned bluntly that they don't provide it. When I texted about the listing picture of the baby mattress, the host really did not care to respond which I was felt was rude and not customer friendly. The baby chair was also very dirty and not cleaned prior. Overall, the experience was very disappointing especially given the cost of the apartment and would not definitely recommend to anyone visiting with family or looking for a friendly host.

Things everyone should about .. you need to pre authorized your credit card with 500€ at the check in.. be ready cause it is not mentioned before the reservation.. The host told me that I am not allowed to use the room rooms in the appartement knowing that I have payed for it that that was really un acceptable from him .. this problem was solved by the booking team support which I would like to thank .. finally the way of getting the keys was not so easy you need to get instructions by the host to open multiple doors and of course after you pay the pre authorization on your card .. the appartement need more furniture especially in the rooms The host was really running his business without considering any words to welcome guests Finally be prepared the view of lake is only a tiny spot through one of the windows I would not consider that as a lake view

A lovely, ultra-modern, secure apartment just a 5 minute walk from the pool, beach, boat cruises and the restaurants and shops of the beautiful old town of Annecy. Great sized apartment with everything you need and the owner is super helpful

The apartment block just needs a big number 21 on the gate so taxis can find it more easily!
