Good position close to centre of Malaga

No recomendamos el apartamento por varios motivos:
- el principal motivo, estuvimos durante los dos días SIN AGUA corriente. Patricia nos propuso como solución dos garrafas de agua para que la usáramos 7 personas, totalmente indignante y además de no plantear una solución coherente NO FUE AMABLE
- nos encontramos CUCARACHAS en el baño y en una habitación
- las paredes y suelo ultra sucio
- las sábanas olían a humedad (o eso queríamos pensar..)
- para el sofá cama no encontramos ni sábanas ni almohadas ni mantas, por lo tanto tuvimos que dormir 3 en una cama
- entre lo que aportaba el apartamento estaba productos de higiene y no encontramos nada, apenas un rollo de papel higiénico.

Very good location, very central place at walking distance from the most touristic area, around the corner of Merced and Picasso House, the Alcazaba fortress, historic centre, 10 min. walk from the sea promenade and Malaga Pompidou Center. The bedrooms are big enough, bathrooms as well, kitchen is equipped with everything. Supermarket very close by. Restaurants and bars just across the street on the square.
Very busy street with public transport busses passing below the windows, rather noisy during the night. There is mold in one of the bathrooms (from a leakage). Facilities could be better maintained.

The location is absolutely great! Worth staying there if you are in town for a short time with family. Beautiful living room with wall size windows! also good to have public parking (paid) very close by.
Wanted to say upfront - this is definitely not a luxury apartment:) Very disturbing smell when you entered the building (toilet / bad ventilation) The pictures are not reflecting the reality - walls need major repainting, bathrooms have mold. Quite unfortunate there are no basic amenities like sponges or soap in the kitchen. What was most disappointing - the host postponed our check in (saying they needed extra time to clean the apartment) and when we entered the apartment half an hour post official check in time the cleaning lady was still working, and she had to rush out, leaving some work unfinished. Same time when we asked for late checkout, the host was unresponsive and eventually declined to provide late checkout, even though our check in was delayed. This is quite annoying and unexpected, given how hospitable and beautiful Andalusia is!

The aircon was leaking Water all over our luggage. The bed linen was dirty. Blood spot on the pillow. Bad smell in the appartment and much noise from the traffic outside.

It was very easy to get it, everything as described. Great location, 3 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, so well kept and clean. The host and cleaning lady were both very nice, they let us stay a little longer than check out since one of us had a bad stomach.

The location was great and the beds were comfortable.
The unit is very worn. It would look a lot better with a coat of paint. The building is very noisy with street noise and neighbors. The lobby is run down. I booked this apartment because it has an elevator but there are ten stairs before you get to the elevator and I was on crutches. Mentioning this for other less able guests

It was clean and very spacious. The location was also great. It had three bed rooms.
From one shower only cold water came, so we had to shower all using the other shower.
