Udany pobyt

Bardzo udany pobyt. Duży pokój z prywatną łazienka, wygodne łóżko, bardzo czysto. Jedzenie serwowane w kuchni z tarasem i widokiem na morze. Bardzo mili właściciele.

Nice apartment with balcony

Really big nice clean aparment with the balcony.

I didn’t like the breakfast, there were only sweets and there weren’t any croissants. Really poor breakfast.

Splendido soggiorno presso "Le Camere Di Mariù"

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana presso "Le camere di Mariù". Posizione ottima, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. La stanza super spaziosa, con ampio bagno e grande doccia. La pulizia impeccabile. La presenza di un piccolo frigorifero (con congelatore) e dell'aria condizionata sono state molto apprezzate. Colazione squisita con prodotti casalinghi, servita su una splendida terrazza vista mare. I proprietari molto gentili e pronti a darci consigli riguardo la bellissima Sicilia. Vi ringraziamo per l'ospitalità, ci siamo sentite a casa :) Elisa e Giulia

A lovely town and we would have liked to stay longer.

The room was lovely and big and very clean with a balcony and nice view to the ocean. Good for doing a little bit of hand washing. Cold breakfast was lovely and both Roberto and Adrianna were very friendly and helpful. Parking was very easy.

A bit of a walk to the harbour, but we are an older travelling couple so it wouldn’t be a problem for most.

We were doing Sicily road trip and stayed there 1 night before the visit to Riserva naturale dello zingaro the very next day. Roberto and Adriana were so accommodating and hospitable. The wifi works well, The room is spacious with newly furnished toilet, perfectly clean and top of that smells good too. There is a common room (kitchen) and we can use it freely. Adriana prepared abundant choice of home made sweets for breakfast and so helpful about information we need about surroundings. The parking is outside on the road and free. Check-in above 9pm having additional cost 10euro. Overall highly recommended if you are around castellomare. Excellent price-quality ratio

Pleasant stay at Mariù

Very clean, bright room with a very nice bathroom. The landlady was very, friendly and helpful even in English. The daily breakfast in the common kitchen (which is nonstop accessable) overlooking the sea only accentuated the pleasant stay. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Superb

Despite the fact that our trip to Castellammare was a mess due to an awful weather and super early bus to Palermo the next day, our stay was a blessing. The room was spacious and clean. There was a nice balcony with a gorgeous view, which I believe is perfect for summer sunbathing. Fully equipped kitchen is also a great add. Make sure you try Adriana's cake and cookies! She's really talented and we loved it! The location was also great and only a few minutes walk from Piazza della Repubblica where the bus stop to Palermo is.

The air conditioner didn't work and, as we came in April and the weather was awful, it was pretty cold in the room. We had to cover ourselves in multiple blankets to get warm. I would advice Roberto (husband of Adriana) to be a bit calmer and more respectful to the guests. He was a bit too pushy and strict in the messages and a call. I understand that our stay was different to the others, but this trip was stressful enough for us, and he didn't make it any easier

Great stay, quiet neighbourhood

Breakfast was really good and some of the cakes/tarts were made fresh every day. The room was very spacious and there was a small balcony where you could see some of the sea in the distance. Good location, not too close to the noisy central area but close enough to walk. Very residential neighbourhood. Good value for money and free parking along the street.

The shower has no curtain or door so the rest of the bathroom gets quite wet and it usually doesn't dry by the next day. But this is a small problem and the water can just be mopped up with another towel.

Amazing shower, amazing hosts, excellent breakfast. The only problem was that the wifi was not working - but all the rest was superb! You can park your car on the same street and it is super safe. 150% recommended!

Pleasant

The property looks like absolutely new, very clean. Seems like it was renovated recently. It is a 10 min walk from town restaurant street and marina. Free parking around. Comfy bed, nice bathroom.

Breakfast was a joke. How is it possible to serve 2 boiled eggs when 4 people come to breakfast room at the same time? The breakfast room is very small - when 4 people come at the same time it becomes overcrowded and noisy. One day we’ve asked for a lunch box - the host said that we can take everything we want from the fridge, but there was almost nothing to take. Cleaning was only once. As the property is located in the urban area, it’s quite noisy in the morning/evening.

Castellammare del Golfo is absolutely worth a visit!

The location of the B&B is great. It's in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to find a parking lot. And not far from the inner city and the harbor by foot. Mariù has been an awesome host. Thx!

The location was great - in a quiet area very close to the city centre. There is free parking right downstairs. We really enjoyed the breakfast served that had choice of both sweet and savory food. Local tasty pastries and fresh fruit! The room was bright and spacious. The best place so far we have stayed in Sicily.

Nice place to stay

A very nice room and comfy bed. Modern bathroom with large shower. About 5-10 min walk to city centre and about 25 mins walk from main beach. Breakfast was very nice with choice of local pastries baked by the owner, fresh fruit, cheese etc.

Beautiful, new and clean apartement

We loved the light bedroom with a big bed, enormous shower and especially the rich breakfast, that made us feel very welcomed. The photos are accurate. If we could, we would stay more than only two nights.

Great value for money, would definitely recommend it.

Bright and airy and beautiful view. Lovely bathroom with a powerful shower. Good breakfast. V comfortable bed. The host was v friendly and obliging.

I suppose the immediate area wasn't v pretty. Having said that, it was within walking distance of the beach and the harbour with all the restaurants. Also, there was free parking outside the door
