We didn’t enjoy the breakfast either days. We were surprised for a BnB the breakfast usually is better. It was disappointing.

Location was wonderful. Great front porch for having breakfast each morning, close to the shops and beach
the parking was limited and there never seemed to be a space available after dinner...we had to park a block away due to the no street parking town ordinance at night...for us it was no problem to walk but for elderly folks at night it could be an issue

The Ocean House is a wonderful old inn. Our favorite spot was the beautiful wrap around porch. The owners and staff were wonderful! 1 block from the ocean! Bicycles, beach chairs and towels are free to use. Breakfast daily is wonderful!
No where near enough parking. The inn has 10 slots and parking on the street overnight is prohibited. There are ~35 rooms...the parking math doesn't add up. The rooms are dated, charming, but dated.

What a great place to stay. Awesome location to beach and lake, wonderful wrap around porch outside to sit and relax, beautiful facilities with an eye for the small details, along with access to beach chairs and bikes to use free to guests. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. Loved the options and drinks and snacks available all day... 5 🌟
Could have had better outlets for charging devices.

The Ocean House is one block from the beach and one block from the lake. It is also within walking distance of their quant downtown district. We enjoyed sitting outside in the ocean breeze on the huge wrap-around porch…the seating was comfy and nicely spaced.
We enjoyed the Victorian style and decor of the ocean House, however it could benefit from a few updates to its amenities. In particular, the window air conditioner was quite noisy.

The breakfast was delicious. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff members were friendly and polite.
It was all good. We have no complaints.
