It was very homely, the safety was top. The owner texted me to tell me how and passcode to enter the unit. Very clean. No smell. TV was amazing. Water supply is scheduled but there were many buckets and bottles of water provided for us. Toilet clean with all the shampoo and shower gels but we brought our own. Kitchen also complete. A lot of thoughtfulness in this homestay.

Everything was fine and dandy. No complain.

The apt has potential... it's right size for a couple and good value for money compared to hotels. Peaceful surroundings in an university area. Host was thoughtful... was pleasantly surprised by him providing 2 eggs along with instant noodles and usual tea and coffee.

Apt has potential but does need now maintenance and refresh. The aircon was pretty clogged rendering it unable to emit sufficiently cold air. The ip tv box is obsolete and was unable to play even normal youtube videos. A change of the dull bed linens and design to bright mono color would make the bed much inviting. Finally All hinges require squirts of wd40 to eliminate the incessant squeaking.

The apartment was great, with a really comfy bed and covered parking right outside. Great facilities, including washing machine and cooking facilities. The swimming pool was lovely and well maintained and the campus was good/safe for runners. Although we were not in a central location, there were plenty of shops and restaurants just outside the campus.

It was unfortunate that the WiFi went down on our last day, and would not re-boot.

I like eveything about the house. Everything is complete. Very friendly host.
