Two excellent bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and only 7 min from the tower. Video to explain access and lock box use.
One bed is a pull out sofa bed on the landing but super comfy. Only one chair on the balcony if I’m being picky

The location and charm of the apartment was really good. The host Nick spoke excellent English and went out of his way to help and assist us when required. They provided tea and coffee, breakfast snacks, which was appreciated when we arrived.

The location was excellent. The apartment was large, well decorated, comfortable and clean. It was also well stocked which is very well appreciated by the likes of me and my family since we rent these apartments for the space and the ability to cook while away from home. The host was very cordial and quick to answer and address any concerns.
There is not much to take issue with. Having only one set of keys is a very minor inconvenience when several adults with different plans are staying in the same facility. But a little planning solves this small problem.

The apartment has an excellent location and is spacious. The check-in and the conversation after were effortless.
The description of the apartment is confusing. In fact, it has only one bedroom; other sleeping options are in the living - (which is an open space) on an extensible sofa, or in another open area from upstairs, on a small bed suitable only for kids.
In the pictures, the bedroom is shown with and without a picture above the bed, and from these two pictures we deduced that these are the two bedrooms from the description, with a quite similar look... It was the first time when an open space is tagged as a second bedroom. without at least mentioning that aspect. I think it would be helpful to give more explanations about the structure of the apartment. Being two couples, this layout generated discomfort, though the apartment is spacious and cosy.

The appartement was very nice, we enjoyed stay there. We got usefull tips while getting keys. Location is ideal to explore Pisa. The best thing was a balcony, where we spent our evenings with a glass of wine.

Host did all he could I think. A great location and nice standard of the room.
We had to use our own data, the host tried but did not manage this while we where there. We did not want to loose our time with him fixing the wifi.

Location was excellent, 6 minute walk to the tower. Lovely traditional rustic decor which suited the surroundings. Aircon 👍

Good directions and interface from the host. Brilliant location, great space and excellent value for money.
Linen needed airing as towels were musty. A kettle and a small safe would be useful additions to the apartment.

the location is good and the apartment was very clean but when that said the mattress (master bedroom) was so hard and uncomfortable. had to text the owner at 4 am and tell him I haven’t slept yet and wanted some of money back. he didn’t accept. pillows are 10 cm high and hard. the cover is so heavy. ikea is 5 minutes drive from Pisa. buy some new stuff. bad value for money. Marco was kind and helped with the luggage when we arrived but be aware there is many stairs. I don’t recommend it to people with small kids. the stairs are to dangerous (nothing to hold on. I had a 1,5 year old with me).
also you can find free parking only 1 km away from the apartment. ask the owner.
first night was so cold we couldn’t sleep. next day i texted the owner and he came and showed me how to turn on the heart (right beside the main door. the small box. you have to do it manually for each hour). Hard mattresses.

Perfect location, comfortable apartment. We appreciated the late check in, as we arrived at 00.30. Inside the old town, with the monuments and the restaurants within a small walk. The Santa Caterina parking is very near, you can park there after your Tuscany daily trips.

The apartment is located in the center of the city, near the main attractions. It is surrounded by all these restaurants and caffes which is very nice. The host is great, very friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant stay and hope to come back again :).

Absolutely brilliant. The location was so close to Pisa tower, with plenty of restaurants & shops in walking distance that my kids wanted to literally live there forever 😄
Host was spot-on with communication via WhatsApp, and owner’s daughter was at the facility to receive us when we arrived and was super helpful - BIG THANKS!
The address on Booking.com was slightly misleading, but host had send exact address via chat just when we arrived, so no complaints.

The apartment is walking distance to the leaning tower of Pisa and had lovely shops and cafes along the way . The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The host was very accommodating. He messaged me before our arrival time asking if we needed anything from the store down the street since we were arriving late. He provided yummy pastries as a gift . My kids enjoyed them. He also set up a portable crib for my baby and it was all made up with blankets . He was very helpful and his apartment was nicely decorated and if we come back to Pisa we will definitely stay here again!

The place is very beautiful. The location of the place is walking distance to Pisa Tower and cafes. The host helped us with parking the car, shared many options for cheap and free parking. We needed an extra connector for the plugs and it was provided right away:) Overall it was a nice experience.
It would be nice to have a water kettle and some wine glasses.
The shower water is a bit unstable. Gets cold and warm randomly.
