The rooms were value for money. They had facilities like a terrace, wifi and in-room service
The staff were pathetic. The hotel guard was creating trouble by asking our cabs to move from parking while getting down. He was blocking guests at the door. 1 specific manager refused to offer us late checkout. He insisted on paying INR 250 per person per hour for extending the checkout. When we mentioned that we should be offered an extended checkout by paying a percentage of the room tariff, he argued saying that there is no late checkout facility offered by OYO. When we showed the policy available on the OYO website, he denied saying his earlier statement and started arguing with us.

I liked nothing.
The behaviour of the staff i didnt liked and then when I checked into the room there was a used condom throughn inside the room and a packet of condom also. After that they didnt allowed any of the vistor inside the room also and this was very bad from their side.

I would not recommend anyone to book this hotel. We a group of scientists went to Kolkata for work and booked this hotel by booking.com. At the night of our first stay, the hotel authority said all on a sudden that we need to leave now as they can’t accommodate foreigners in this hotel whereas, during check in, we provided our passport copy and other details!! We had to leave the hotel at late night and just think how horrible it can be. They didn’t even bother to refer any other hotel for us. If you want to stay in this hotel, think twice before you book.

The hotel asked me to pay extra money, the price given by booking.com is not their expected price, so they cant give rooms in this price.so i canceled my trip.

First off, the pictures depicted in the booking app didn't match the reality. However, staff posted did their best to manage. They were good-hearted, friendly people. That's the only positive item one can elicit out of such a disaster.
Everything, starting from the misleading photos depicted in the booking app to the extremely unmaintained infrastructure, sanitation, ventilation...you name it...not enough words to describe.
A small request would be to update the photos depicted in the booking app.

I did not like anything in the hotel.
I had the worst experience in this hotel. The staff won't respond to you properly.
There was no hot water in all the 3 rooms I booked. They ask us to pay the bill full so that we can't leave from the hotel.
