Very friendly host and perfect place
We thought, considering the price , that the beds would already been made , but we had to do it ourselves, but of course no big issue

Great location: close to tourist office (as the name suggests), river and old town. Well appointed studio apartment. Had all that we needed. Excellent coffee machine that even grinds beans. Comfortable mattress. Bicycles included-nice for a ride to Biarritz. Parking close by. Very friendly and helpful host. Wifi and TV worked well. Would stay there again.
Not a fan of fold up beds. Space was fine for a couple, but might be tight for a family.

very central location, easy access to the old town by walk. fully equiped room with kitchen. lots of parking on the street
you need to be organized with the owner to take the keys, but not a big problem
