The apartment is very good, there is a nice view, nice pool and it is silent in the night.

The location leaves something to be desired. There are stairs to get to the beach. It is advisable to use the car to get to the beach, especially if you have elderly people or people with reduced mobility with you.

Fabulous view and good sized balcony from which to enjoy it. Spacious lounge and master bedroom and has some smart pieces in it. Sesimbra is beautiful - and this is a great location from which to take it all in.

Sadly, the details don't match the view. Fundamental things we needed didn't work properly - the main toilet, the heating (/aircon), bulbs had blown, batteries were flat, some cupboard doors fall shut. No instructions, no local knowledge - no nice touches. And this is a modern flat with wifi, yet the password is withheld? Yes, it is lovely, but it could be so much more...

couldn’t fault the property

The apartment was very well located, very close to the beach and it was quite pleasant and generally well equipped.

it was stated that we would be able to park 2 cars in the garage and we had to leave the cars outside as the remote control to open the garage was not working. unfortunately, we also had to buy toilet paper (which is not very common when renting an apartment). it would have been nice, if some coffee capsules would have been provided - obviously, not required but I believe it would add that little touch to our stay!

This spacious apartment was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The views of the ocean are magnificent, and the balcony is large enough to enjoy sitting comfortably to enjoy the views. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals in the apartment. Parking was easy on the street outside and we didn’t need to use the basement parking. We would definitely chose to return to this lovely place and can recommend it highly.

Loved the apartment and the location and especially the views. In fact I would say that the website photos do not do it justice. It really is stunning! In particular the lounge and entrance hall are beautifully decorated and the balcony is much bigger than expected. All fixtures and fittings are of a very high standard and I loved the electric security blinds in all of the rooms. Overall I kept thinking how much I would love to live there ! Please book as you will not be disappointed !

Very little negatives to say here. The kitchen didn't have a kettle which is unusual in my experience but we had perfectly good saucepan (with lid) we used. The air conditioning didn't seem to be cooling very well so I suspect the filters need looking at. That said, it was a nice temperature so no real complaints. The only thing which may upset some guests is that the pool area doesn't any chairs or sun loungers so you can't sit by the pool in any comfort (you have to sit on the tiles with a towel). I think this should be stated as part of the advert because of course a lot of holiday makers will expect to be able to sunbathe. Didn't bother us though!
