We felt at home as soon as we parked in the garage. Beds comfy, couch comfy, hosue very clean and well kept. The pool is in the perfect location o the inter coastal waterway. 5 stars all the way. Will definitely stay again.

The location of the property is great! While you can’t view the ocean from the property, it’s a very short and easy walk to a beautiful public beach entrance. The place itself was the perfect size for our family. The kids loved all the space and the bunk beds. There were a few little things (that seemed to have more to do with the cleaning staff than the hosts) that could have used a little extra attention, but overall, we truly enjoyed our stay! Great location, beautiful beaches, and attentive hosts!

Other than a miscommunication about arrival and coordination with housekeeping that was quickly resolved, the rental was perfect for our stay and we enjoyed it very much!

We found the condo to be very convenient for dining and beach access. The property was clean and certainly large enough for our group. The entire experience was positive, from communicating with the owner to checking in and leaving.

Property was great. Excellent experience. Condo was well maintained and modern. Beds were comfortable. Exceptional quality for the price. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a home like comfort place by the beach.

You could leave home for a beach trip and not pack a thing. They have supplied everything you need except the sunscreen and bath suits lol. Pics doesn't do the place justice. Large. Clean. Great location. Responds quickly. Would def stay again. Thanks for being part of making wonderful memories...

The upstairs living quarters is very nice and clean and exactly as described. The garage is underneath the unit and definitely needed some work. It was very musty in the garage so much that we could not park our car in there because of the smell. The beach umbrella was in disrepair but really appreciated the beach chairs and wagon. the beach is very close, clean and the crowd was minimal. Very nice stay

We loved staying at your place. We had a fantastic two week family vacation. Hope to rent again in the future. We loved being able to take a short walk to the beach instead of having to drive. Thank you for everything.

This condo was cockroach infested - all over the kitchen, crawling on the walls and ceiling in the living and dining rooms, and crawling across the floors. We contacted the owner on day 3 and told her about the issue. She responded by saying the she had just stayed there the previous week and was aware of the problem. She said that they sprayed, set traps, sealed cracks and that she didn't know what else she could do. I asked her to get the pest control people back out. They came the next day and put down more gel and spray to kill the bugs. This "helped" for 2 days (the amount of roaches dropped to about 3 - 4 per day). Then, the cockroaches were back in full force. (we killed 15 - 20 daily and we were only there half of each day). I complained again and the owner acknowledged that the situation was "gross" but offered no other solution to get rid of the bugs. She did tell us that she refunded us $150 - which was an insult at that point. We continued our stay only because we hadn't seen our kids and grandkids in 2 years and we were hoping that the additional stuff that the pest control guy put down would eventually help. We also did not have another place to go. We booked this condo several months in advance and it was one of the few available, even that far in advance. So we hoped for the best but things only got worse. I ended up asking for a full refund from the owner. She did not respond to this request. We have used VRBO many times in the past and have stayed at many, many rental properties over the past 40 + years. We've always made the best of any problems/situations that we've run into without ever asking for any compensation for any troubles. We are good hearted people. BUT, this was disgusting! It was embarrassing and ruined our vacation. It was difficult to sleep thinking that the bugs could be in the bedroom (they were not, but it's hard to get it out of our heads). We were unable to cook family dinners (we cooked one and only one) because the cockroaches were crawling all over the counters. We would still like a refund. This was unacceptable. only problem was that both TVs in the bedrooms wouldn't work at all you would get channels in and in 2 mins they would go to screen saying if you want this channel call...tried multiple times other than that it was great place.

Condo was clean and comfortable. Easy to access. Very short walk to the beach with kids! Super convenient beach wagon provided with chairs, coolers, and a few kids sand toys. Pool was nice too. Beach was not crowded. Really enjoyed our stay and will be coming back!

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy beach condo. The wagon was especially helpful. There were plenty of clean towels & menus for local restaurant options.
