This was a great place to call home base and enjoy all the great things the Moosehead Lake area has to offer. The home was wonderfully appointed and vacation ready with lots of amenities that we didn’t expect. The location is perfect and close to all the Greenville restaurants as well. We highly recommend this property if you are looking to stay in this area.

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed having this as our home base. It was close to town & on a side street so it was quiet. It was the perfect size for the 3 of us and VERY clean! All the amenities you need too. I would definitely recommend this rental !

We loved staying at this cute cottage! Spotless, beautifully decorated, and the view of the lake was gorgeous! We enjoyed watching the seaplanes come and go too! Our weather was perfect and allowed us to sit out in the Adirondack chairs to watch the lake. We hope to be able to return someday!!

For our first time vrbo-ing it was fantastic. There were 3 of us and the house was the perfect size. Beds were great, slept well. Thanks for a great time. We hope to be back.

We had a great stay at your cottage. I read comments about the air planes but we didn’t have any issues with the noise. And that’s from someone who hates noise pollution. Thank you for a wonderful, clean, safe, and comfortable place to call home over the long weekend.

We stayed here last year and couldn't be happier with the location! Very clean premises, excellent communication with owners, plenty of provisions as your home away from home. The property is a cental location to town, Moosehead Lake and beyond. We brought our boat this year and utilized the available dock. Hope to return next year!

We had a wonderful weekend stay in Greenville. This house was immaculate! Very close to town and everything we wanted to go do. Enjoyed sitting on the deck and relaxing! Highly recommend!

The home was lovely! It was updated and had everything we needed. The master bedroom was spacious with French doors looking out on the lake. The bathroom was spacious as well. We loved the home. We were not pleased with the location next to train and planes taking off. It was however close to town.

Road construction directly in front of Our house. There was continuous noise and ground shaking from heavy equipment 20 feet away. One of our vehicles got a chipped windshield from flying debris. Not sure if owners were aware of this construction. If we had known we would have rescheduled or looked for a different location.

Absolutely lovely, they provided everything you needed for living. The property was right on the water, the owner was the neighbor and they let you use their dock and beach access. Sitting on the porch at night was amazing, it's near a dark zone so we could see all of the stars. It could use a kayak or two or a paddle board, but other than that the place was 5/5 stars. Loved it!

Such a great place to relax in Greenville! The property was exceptionally clean, the hosts were easy to communicate with, and the walk to town was easy.

The cabin was very nice and clean as a whistle. Close to town and very convenient. We loved the Moosehead area.

The home is clean and comfortable with many nice features like sharp knives, quality cookware, and soft towels (you know sometimes this is not the case in a rental property), and I spent most of my time sitting on the deck overlooking the lake. It was perfect for my solo writing retreat. Greenville is a cute little town with a grocery store and a couple of shops, but I was interested more in lake time. One note: There is a seaplane tour business very close to this property and seaplanes are quite loud. It didn't bother me, but just know this is not a completely quiet, secluded spot. As a woman traveling alone, though, I felt comforted knowing that people were nearby. Barbet and Steve live next door and popped over on my first evening just to make sure I had everything I needed - so nice. I can't wait to return next September!

We love this little house, we have stayed two years in a row. It has everything we need, is very cozy and is in a very convenient location.

Nice house right on the water. Everything was perfect from nice bath towels to extra large gas grill. Owners live next door and couldn't have been nicer.

This place was immaculate! Had everything we needed….great king sized bed, excellent water pressure and great location. Loved the complimentary poppy seed bread and blueberry jam!!Enjoyed our time in Greenville!!

Sparkling clean, extremely comfortable, great layout, terrific king bed, laundry in basement, very spacious backyard deck, would love to return!!!
