Walking in you see floor to ceiling views, and the master also has amazing floor to ceiling views and sliders that open so you can hear the waves. I had an amazing relaxing stay in October. The place was very clean, and the listing accurate. Would be comfortable for family of 4. Nice private neighborhood and beautiful beach. I would absolutely recommend. We are thinking about coming back in the summer!

The view from both levels of this home are breathtaking. We loved the central location mid-Cape giving us access to several towns and fabulous restaurants.

Excellent location in a very nice neighborhood. Ocean front with 100 foot walk to your own beach area. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who enjoys looking at the ocean

Great rental. The condo itself is a little tired inside but you can't beat the location. Literally steps to the sand, views from every room, off street parking for two cars and minutes from anything you could every want on Route 28. If you want to be on the beach in an upscale area, this is it. I would rent again.

The view! The view! The view! The beach was right there for the taking. The ocean was so close, you could hear the waves crashing as if they were 2 ft away. It was perfect for our 2 night stay, would've loved to stay longer. Amenities were correct, the interior and exterior was spotless. Will be back, just bring linens and towels.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home. The pictures do not do it justice. The living room furniture was very comfortable and cozy for watching movies and sports. My husband and I enjoyed sunrise walks every day while our teens slept in. The kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed a perfect weekend.! Thank you!

The positives: Incredible location near everything you need on the beach in South Yarmouth. And the beach? 25 yards out the back door with amazing views of the relatively secluded section from both the downstairs and upstairs master bedroom.
But expect what you may find on much of the Cape. This is a very tired and old building begging for some TLC. If you want clean and modern, you'll have to pay huge dollars for something in Chatham or one of the newer hotels on the main drag in Hyannis well away from the beach.
For a Fall weekend, it's perfectly fine. For a family on a budget in the summer, probably the same. Note that they don't provide bath towels or linens, which is an issue if you are flying from afar vs. driving down from Boston. You pay a premium for the beachfront vs. options across the street. I recommend it, but the lack of any effort to update the condo forces me to only give this a net 3 Star rating.

ideal location for a family
The location was perfect - the home had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean - the highlight was definitely the property. A beautiful backyard with a path right to the beach. The location is perfect for kids riding bikes or scooters and a quick walk to the playground. I would definitely visit here again and we are very grateful for the accommodations the owners made for our stay.

This works well for parents with finicky little sleepers that need darkness. The proximity to the beach could not be beaten, as the beach is only footsteps from the back porch. Great to wake up to. You can walk west on the beach and go down to The Skipper Restaurant. Great spot though time when you go to avoid a wait. There is also a playground down that way. We ate at the Pancake Man for breakfast and it was excellent. Check in and check out was easy and the owners were beyond helpful on all fronts. Great spot we hope to return to.

Our stay could not have been more perfect. The place is much nicer than the pictures lead you to believe and has plenty of space for all guests to be comfortable. The best part was falling asleep to the sound of the waves each night from the master bedroom. You are literally STEPS to an absolutely perfect beach. We look forward to returning!
