El alojamiento es increíble en términos de casa antigua típica canaria, la responsable que nos atendió es fantástica, te monta todas las rutas diarias y el desayuno es totalmente excepcional, las vistas son increíbles. Hay un gatito que es muy simpático y con el que juegan los niños alojados.

A pesar de ser un alojamiento fantástico debe mejorar la calidad de toallas y sábanas ( están pasadas ) por otro lado, nos tocó en una habitación de la planta inferior y esta tenía muchísima humedad, las toallas jamás se secaban y en mi caso que sufro de asma no podía dormir, por último la calidad de los colchones es bastante mala - si mejorasen estos detalles el alojamiento sería de 10

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die auch Wünsche z.B. bzgl. des Frühstücks erfüllt haben und mit Rat und Tat geholfen haben (Tips zur Insel, zur Verfügung stellen von Waschmittel, da Koffer mit 8 Tagen Verspätung eintraf usw.). Sehr grosses und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Blick in den Sonnenaufgang und auf Teneriffa. Tolles und reichhaltiges Obst zum Frühstück.

Das Wasser zum Duschen war nicht richtig warm, was aber auf Nachfrage angepasst wurde.

the house is nice, it's authentic but that had a consequence, the bathroom was sometimes stinky with a stench of sewers; the staff tried to be nice and helpful but somehow slightly complained at every small request we made during breakfast; also a bit noisy being close to the airport; but the biggest complain is about the process in booking.com where i reserved 2 triples for 6 but upon arrival they were only expecting 4; 2 in each room; how can that be and who's at fault? booking.com or the property? in any case, who had to pay the damage? that's right, it was us who had to fork out an extra payment of 30 euros per night and per room; overall i was not satisfied

Lovely place with a such a wonderful hostess! Mari planned everything for us.. where to eat, best routes for tours.. the breakfast was such a treat with fresh fruits ham, cheeses, omelets, smoothies, jam, breads, cakes.. everyday it was different.

Really, really lovely Finca with excellent accommodation and views. Lovely and friendly staff, and an amazing breakfast that was prepared to a high standard with filling and healthy food to keep you going all day.

The garden(s) are beautiful but need some urgent attention of being looked after, and the pools too. The property needs to have a name and no. attached to it, also lights in the evening at the front of the building, so that it can be easily found and not just recognised by it's facade, and if you are lucky to arrive during the day.

Great, quite location with a great view on Teide (especially at sunrise); exceptional breakfast (many different fresh fruit, every day a different fresh fruit juice); good WLAN in the room. The hostess went out of her way to assist my wife on the day she didn't feel well - many thanks again!

There are a few things in the bath room (room 5) that need to be fixed in order to keep up the exceptional overall impression of the property.
