This is one of the nicest homes we've stayed in. Super clean and has everything you need for your stay. Having the washer and dryer is really handy. The back yard is cute space and nice spot for your morning coffee. It's a short walk to beach and there plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The property was exactly as described in listing. There was a new container of ground coffee waiting for us upon arrival which was greatly appreciated and heaps of travel size toiletries which we did not use but would be great if you forgot something. Communication with host was great and the stay was fabulous, the house is close to everything. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time staying at the cottage. This was our second visit. Great location, beautiful sunrises over the bay and gorgeous sunsets over the gulf, both within walking distance. Very nice, clean and well kept cottage. Thank you Cindy. We will be back.

Perfect spot for my wife and I to come visit the island for a wedding. Central location and couple blocks to the free trolley was the added bonus.

We spent a beautiful and relaxing long weekend. Weather was beautiful and we leave just on time before the storm. Hopefully not damages after because it’s one of my favorite spots.

Great location, close to beach and bay. Walkable but we drove as experienced very high heat indexes. Air conditioner worked great. Cottage was so clean. Stocked better than any other rental we’ve had. Beds were very comfortable. Hope to be back!

We spent 4 nights on the occasion of our 53rd wedding anniversary. Everything about our experience with this property and its host was 5 star. Cindy is attentive, gracious, and accomodating. The cottage is equipped with everything we could ask for and very comfortable. We loved the screened in porch area in the back...although it was a little too hot this time of year to really make use of it...and the fenced in back yard, which our small dog enjoyed. We definitely intend to visit many more times!

My wife and I are familiar with the island so we knew we wanted to stay in this location. So glad we chose this house! Cindy is an incredible host! The house is in the center of it all! Beach, restaurants, shops, pier, coffee spots and pickleball nearby! You can take a short walk everywhere. This home is so clean! Everything smelled fresh right down to the linens! Great reclining couches, comfortable beds, awesome shower and sitting on the back lanai with coffee in the morning was so peaceful. We will definitely be back and we can wait to bring our friends and parents here. Thank you Cindy for letting us enjoy your beautiful home.

Hello, pictures & description of this property were 100 % accurate! We stayed last week in April, 2023. Once we parked our car, in the driveway to the right of home, it never moved, for my husband & I, (in our mid forties) walked everywhere. Ocean, two blocks to the left, Tampa Bay, ~ 4-5 blocks to the right. Our rescue, bigger dog, LOVED to lay out back in the sunshine, in the fenced in yard. We loved the little extras, like liquid hand soap at sinks, liquid ivory body wash in shower, the amazing hot water pressure of shower stall in bathroom, the sand buggy on wheels, with chairs, in storage shed, (to use for hauling stuff to the beach) umbrellas, screened in lanai, (my favorite) out back, & how close this property is to everything on the beach, & bay. Yes, we would definitely stay here again, in the future, without question! Thanks so much to Cindy for sharing her home with our little family. Sincerely, Womacks

We had a wonderful stay, lots of charm, and perfect location near restaurants and Pine Ave, and the beach!...Amazing fenced and private back yard with seating and loungers for relaxing. Our host, Cindy was quick to answer any questions and check in was a breeze. We are planning to return soon!

We ended up leaving 2 nights early on a 3 night reservation as we were not comfortable staying any longer. We would not recommend this property. Further details below. We reported a number of issues on this property which were dismissed by the owner. The first was a safety concern. Using the electrical outlet caused our appliance plug to be very hot (something that has not happened using any other outlets). This caused us to be concerned. We raised this issue not only because it made us uncomfortable, but also to allow the owner to check this out for the safety of future guests. The unit also had a strong smell and some cleaner smell. A day and a half after we have been home, our bags still have that smell. We found ants in the bathroom and bedroom closest to the bathroom. The larger of the two beds cracked and sounded like it was breaking every time we sat on it. The floors felt sticky in certain locations. Outside of the negatives, to be fair to the owner, the check-in process was easy as she provided an electronic code ahead of time, the location is excellent and there is adequate parking. We were excited about our stay but ended up being extremely disappointed in the property and the lack of a timely and professional response from the owner to our concerns. We reached out to the owner with these concerns and she was dismissive, outright accusing us of making up these issues. We also did not receive a response from the owner for nearly a full day after raising these issues.

It’s close to everything and had everything we needed. Cindy is extremely nice and we will definitely be coming back. Oh and our dog loved the backyard.

This cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially loved the screened-in back patio--the perfect place to settle in with a good book. Close to restaurants, shops, grocery, beaches.
