It can only be a good option for something to do in the production city zone; otherwise, it is too far from the city and there is no connection, and the staff doesn't help you to find any solution no matter for transportation or early check-in check-out.

Hôtel agréable et sécurisé, le personnel était sympa. Petit déjeuner bon et le restaurant de l’hôtel ouvert 24h/24h les plats proposés sont corrects (bon rapport qualité/ prix).

Hôtel très loin du centre, inaccessible en transports en commun situé dans une zone industrielle. Il faut soit s’aligner aux horaires des 3 navettes dépôt côté Marina ou au métro, ou sinon se déplacer en Uber et en taxi. Il faut compter 23€ pour un déplacement vers la Marina et 32€ pour dubai mall et les souks.

Very nice, quiet, well organized, helpful staff. It was a business trip so I didn’t have the time to explore the hotel facilities. But I liked it very much.

Le calme. Très bel hôtel, le personnel est très attentionné surtout mention spéciale pour Fares qui était toujours disponible et nous a grandement aidé. Le personnel du petit déjeuner aussi était tous souriants et aux petits soins, c’est très agréable ☺️

Peut-être le fait qu’il est un peu éloigné du centre mais c’est rapide en taxi.

Comfortable spacious rooms, nice decor of the hotel, tasty breakfast, lovely staff at the reception and in the dining area. Grocery shopping nearby.

There are only 2 shuttle buses a day, there shall be one in the evening as it is far away from centre. An hour by bus to nearest metro station.

Service provided by the restaurant staff. Rooms were spacious and quiet. The hotel environment was very relaxing and quiet. Hotel access from was convenient.

Different type of hot food should be offered for breakfast each day.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist sensationell, sodass ich mich jeden morgen darauf gefreut habe. Die Zimmer und das Hotel sind grundsätzlich sehr modern eingerichtet. Ich hatte einen Mietwagen gebucht, weshalb die Lage nicht von großer Bedeutung war.

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert, es war etwas kalt im Zimmer.

Konumu çok kötüydü Dubai’de değilsiniz . Hergün trafikte 30-40 dakikada araba kullandık . Böyle konuma göre de Shareton da olsa fiyat yüksek . Otelde havuz var bar koymuşlar ancak kapalı , birşeyler yemek içmek isterseniz otelde bulmak zor . Ancak dışarıdan almanız gerekiyor .

The hotel is very far from City center and isolated , Nothing near by.

All of your bathroom 🚻 have leakage issues, we had to change room 3 times , no room service available for luggage we had to Carry all our luggage by ourselves from 1 building to another accompanied by my pregnant wife , it takes 1 hour to get food or even tea if we order that to cold .None of your staff took responsibility in providing us hospitality during our stay . All of your corridors smells of smoke. No one cleans the room after informing many times to the house keeping department.

The staff are super friendly and helpful from the reception to housekeeping. The property is well maintained.

The location from the city centre is quite far and the connectivity to metro and bus is poor. The shuttle service by the hotel mitigates that to an extent, but you will have to go during the scheduled timings of course. Since the cab charges are high in Dubai, any price you save by booking this accommodation will be offset by the cab prices. The breakfast buffet needs a makeover and some variety. It is almost the exact same menu everyday.
