Good location, an easy 5 minute walk from Como Lago station with cases and close to the town centre and lake. The main station was only 15 minutes walk through the town. Keys located in a key box and good instructions made it easy to arrive late in the evening. MyHomeinComo rang at the estimated arrival time to check everything was OK. Good views of the Duomo and town from the balcony. Large rooms. Clean

Only one set of keys

It was a good location near the centre with good views. It was very spacious. Entry instructions were clear.

Air conditioning was not great and only in two rooms. Other rooms were fans that weren't great. No little bins inside accommodation. Wifi did not work

Apartment was huge and very clean. It was well equipped with everything we could need. Instructions to find the key and the apartment were easy to follow. Location was very good and just a few minutes walk from the Duomo.

Air conditioning did not work very well, or it may have been that we had not used it correctly so some instructions would have been useful. Also, shower was sometimes cold, but that didn't matter too much as it was nice to cool down after a hot day in the sun. The apartment had many balconies but only one is really utilised, would be nice to have some furniture on the other balconies so we could have made better use of them. There was only one chair on the main balcony so some extra chairs would be good.

AC wasn't that strong and only in 2 rooms, 2 bedrooms with no AC.

The lady at key pickup was extremely helpful.

Staff very helpful and accommodating. Apartment very spacious and well equipped. Even had toaster and kettle. Great view from sitting room

Parking in the area was very expensive, however the property is very close to the train station

great location for Como and perfect for family traveling in big group. tHe apartment was spacious. We could walk to main locations easily.

The building is rather old and the elevator is a bit scary (we had to take them because of the stroller). The room was cold and the heater was not working at the time.
