Very good location, close to the beach, quiet and safe place. There is free parking near the house. Very cozy and well-equipped apartment. Alberto, the caretaker of the apartment, is a very friendly and pleasant person. He is always ready to help.

Unfortunately, the beds in the apartment are too soft. For persons with back pain, it is difficult to sleep. The apartment has a washing machine, but the owners do not provide washing powder. It makes no sense to have a washing machine without powder. Thanks to Alberto, he brought us his own powder. There are no dark curtains in the apartment, only light, thin ones. With the first rays of the sun we woke up. These disadvantages are insignificant and they did not affect the overall excellent impression of the apartment.

Location (Golfet, close to Calella), communication with Lucia was perfect, small but functional apartment

The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. The complex offers a swimming pool, play area and table tennis which are easily accessed from the apartment. Parking is convenient. It is close to beautiful beaches, the lovely coastal town of Calella de Palafrugell and the larger resort of Palamos.

The host Fernando was very friendly and endeavored. The handing over of the keys was very uncomplicated. The location of the small apartment is good. Quiet but still only a 10-minute walk from the town center. Lidl and Carrefour are only 10 minutes by car.

The furnishing of the apartment is loveless and partly in very bad condition. The doors cannot be closed at all or only very heavily, because the processing of the handles is unsatisfactory. The toilet bowl was not properly anchored in the floor so that it always wobbled menacingly when sitting down. Bedsteads and mattresses of the two additional beds are absolutely insufficient. The sofa in the living room has various stains and is very uncomfortable. The small terrace is very dirty and should be cleaned thoroughly with a high-pressure cleaner. The way to the pool is much more complicated than you can see from the photos or the description. The residential complex consists of two buildings, one very well maintained directly at the pool and one rather unmaintained, which are separated by many stairs, a path and fences. The price-performance ratio is absolutely not justified. More than 70 or 80 Euro per night can not be demanded for this accommodation without internet and air conditioning, not even in high season. I am writing this as someone who travels a lot, especially in Spain and Catalonia.
