The property was very spacious and kept to a high standard. The decor was contemporary. The property was in a great location for food and beers.

That it was in the perfect location great for free parking

The bathroom shower needed updating to more powerful one and in need of a bath mat very slippery

the bed is a little bit uncomfortable because it was not a flat surface! but overall our stay has been great! thank you

Location was excellent - very close to the centre of York. It was great to have secure parking. A modern and spacious apartment.

The window in the bedroom did not seem to fit properly, it sounded like the window had been left open (which it wasn’t). This did let a lot of noise in from late night revellers in the early hours.

Location. Very close to town centre. Parking and accommodation secure. Helpful staff / owner. Well presented apartment.

Just a niggle but nothing serious. Kitchen window could have been cleaner on outside.

I unfortunately stripped the bed on departure something I always do to help the cleaner i wish I hadn't the under cover and mattress were absolutely disgusting borted in stains surely they have more than one mattress topper the pillows were stained yellow and covered in marks very disappointed at the standard. Dirty cutlery in the draw and the remains of previous clients spaghetti in the plug in kitchen I also fixed the blind in the living room and wiped the stains from the cill, on the upside bathroom was clean just put a damper on the end of a lovely stay

5 min walk over the bridge and you’re in the centre where the shops, restaurants, cafes and bars are. Apartment is light airy and spacious.

little niggles, that could easily have been prevented. please pass on to the necessary teams. heating wasn’t on when we arrived and the apartment felt cold. there was no hot water when we turned the tap on in the kitchen. The airing cupboard had a duvet and bedding on the floor. the vacuum, mop and bucket looked as if they’d just been shoved in.. and it was a battle to get in to where the boiler was to switch the heating on and to the extractor fan switch. Cupboard under the sink needed a good clean. looked as though it had leaked at some point and the base was stained and dirty. No hand towels, tea towel or dish cloths for us to wipe the surfaces down. extractor fan in the bathroom was on all the time which disturbed our first night’s sleep. we located the on/off switch in the airing cupboard and only switched it on when we were showering. this was our second stay in this apartment and didn’t experience the above issues on our first stay. Having said that, we enjoyed our stay in York and would definitely stay in this apartment again but would check that we wouldn’t experience these minor issues before setting off.

The location was good, but really noisey at night.

When we arrived we couldn't get in to the car park space provided as a van was in it. When we eventually got in to the cold apartment as the door fob wouldn't work. The apartment was dirty with someone's rubbish in the boiler cupboard. There was people's empty beer cans lying under the bed, there dirt behind the livingroom couch only seen as trying to put the heating on was a joke. It has took me 3 attempts since being home to get citylets to speak to me for them to say today there's nothing they can do. So I'd advise not to waste your money as this is what happened to us.

Excellent location, very spacious and secure parking. Very quiet inside.

Needs a plumber to look at the water supply. Noisy and very bouncy tap in the kitchen, really noisy in the bathroom. The window in the bedroom doesn’t close properly. Don’t know how windows get cleaned in a loft apt but they really need it. While apt inside was super clean, please check behind the sofa. Got a shock when turning on the radiator.

Great location, very central. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. We particularly like our coffee and were very happy to find a coffee machine in the Kitchen! We were staying in York for our honeymoon and we were welcomed with a lovely note and bottle of Prosecco which was a lovely touch.

The only thing that has made me mark this as a 9 instead of 10 is the cleanliness. It was clean but not thoroughly clean, there were areas that could have been improved on.

Arrange arrival time was text by contact with number to call 30 mins before arrival and contact was waiting as we arrived.

Lofty Apartment very spacious within easy walking distance of everything easy access with lift

The location was perfect, just over the river, a few minutes walk from the city centre. The apartment is spacious and a great place to relax in.

Nothing at all, everything was great.

The location is incredible inside the city walls with parking and a view of the Minster from the lounge window , you are never more than a 20 minute walk from the main attractions and as close as 5 minutes from some. The apartment was really well equipped complete with a washer dryer and a fridge freezer and excellent free wifi.

Loved being in the loft. Modern and stylish. Really well located. Very quiet, safe and secure. Very efficient lift.

Just felt that the microwave is a little 'tired'.

The modern decor and great size. Location was fab.

Unfortunately we went during the heat of the summer so loft was stuffy. Having windows open let in noise. The lift didn't work after the first trip up in it. We went end of season so shower curtain was grubby and bin looked dirty. Didn't looked professional cleaned.

- cooking utensils were old and warm out. - kitchen tap was lose - hob is old and dirty - some of the utensils were broken - marks on some of walls - shower/bath curtain is old and dirty - bedroom, bathroom and window by tv is stiff to open.

Very clean and super close to shops. Spacious and comfortable.
