Appartamento moderno e ben curato. La posizione è ottima per muoversi coi mezzi essendo situata a pochi passi dalla linea A della metro. Noi eravamo in auto, ma l'auto è stata praticamente ferma nella strada privata del condominio per tutta la durata del soggiorno.
Consigliato sia per coppie che per famiglie.

Everything was perfect along with the location of the apartment. The host was very kind and available for contactconstantly before arrival which was perfect.

Great host. Very responsive and provided a lot of information in the area.
Location is great. 3 minute walk from San Giovani station. Lots of shops, grocery stores, and restaurants nearby.
Also the beds and pillows are comfortable. Towels are nice and soft :) AC works great!
Walls are thin and remodeling/construction at next door apartment so expect noise from early morning.

Price didnt match with booking.com offer. total should be 407eur. Last minute got info that will need to pay extra 120eur at property. For such a apartment, too expensive. Apartment in photo looked bigger then actual is. In the sofa wasn’t normal bedding. No glasses for wine.
Very loud, neighborn had party all days. One of the neighborn called with righ bell at the door in the evening and at night 3.30am, spoke only in Italian.
Location maybe good, but outside was not that nice.

Very good location, free parking, very nice apartment, all 3 rooms has conditioning. All you need for visiting Roma. Metro is right there also.

The apartment is very well equiped also with air condition. Location is perfect - close to the metro and shops too. Communication with the host was quite fast.

Spacious, well equipped, clean apartment near to buses, metro and shops. Good communication with the nice host (important cause you will not meet him in person). Working air conditioner.
Thin walls (you hear the neighbors and the street), no soap keeper in the shower.

Easy accessible (metro/walking); near supermarket and shops
Everything was fine! Host was very friendly and very helpful, taking care of his guests. For foreigners, cable TV (only Italian channels) is maybe not really an asset.

Nice helpful staff, great facilities and strong air conditioning very useful for hot summer days in Rome. We recommend this apartment.
Second floor, no lift and a narrow staircase created us some problems with the luaggages.
