The room stinks, it’s semi dirty, hardly any thing to use for cooking.
This is not an apartment , it’s a bed sit!
The TV does not work, the fridge is not working properly, the fan in the shower room is not working , there are loose fittings in the shower room. It’s freezing in the room and the sheets are dirty

We booked 2 apartments together. The display photo only shows the better apartment - the other apartment was basic with tired decor. There was smell of smoking in the corridor. Note that the location is not Strathbungo but just outside the area - so don't expect the traditional townhouse experience. The person who let us in was warm and helpful, and explained key aspects such as heating efficiently.

I know pictures make everything look better than reality, but it was to such an extent that I feel like it was mis represented, (maybe some of their other rooms actually live up the decent image they try to show)
Given the price that I paid, I was very disappointed, I would not stay here again

I paid 174 £ for one night and there was no hot water. I told them about that but they did not help me. I had to sleep without taking a bath. I can not forget that night. It is a waste of money.

Not much. We stayed there due to no other options on a (VERY) busy night in Glasgow.
Given the cost (that night) it was poor value. Staff worked hard to “settle” us in.
It was small and needed maintenance. (Specific details were passed to management).
It’s a “cheap” room, I paid way too much.

DO NOT STAY HERE !!!! The room I rented was disgusting....it had hairs in the shower. The TV didnt work. I left immediately. DO NOT STAY HERE. To make matters much much worse.....when I later tried to arrange for a refund from booking.com they told me the owners insisted that i stayed there for the full duration of the booking.... absolutely unbelievable. Liars. Horrible horrible place. Booking.com also very very poor in the way they dealt with it. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Good location for where I was going. It was generally comfortable and when I was there it was quiet during nighttime hours.
Facilities were basic and not all functioning correctly. Kettle was faulty, the curtain pole was not secured properly, kitchen cupboard hinge was broken and there were no hangers in the wardrobe.

the location was okay for what we needed
when we arrived at our check in time of 4pm the apartment was still being cleaned so we couldnt get in till about 4.20pm the apartment wasnt clened properly from dirty kitchen to a toilet which didnt have the right size seat to a poor bed dirty rusty pans

Did not have much going for it that you would recommend anyone should stay there.
Booking in process, the fact that you did not see anyone for information, also most correspondence was by email as they did not answer phone number given. If we did not have a scanner in the house we would not have been able to complete the booking. Room was tired and in need of freshening up. The wardrobe contained a selection of underwear left by previous guests, most off putting, especially when you pay £30 to have room cleaned after a short overnight stay. The TV in room did not work, but no one to contact to rectify it.

Easy parking. Quiet. Handy to have a washing machine as my stay was extended from 2 days to a week! More spacious than I anticipated.
I paid the £100 damage deposit (sadly a sign of the times)and thought it would be refunded when I left but I had to ask for the refund the next day and then give my bank details and then ask for confirmation the refund had gone through. Maybe because I paid via bank transfer the refund was a lot slower than I expected. Not sure how else payment can be made. Had to ask for a second door code as first did not work.
