Eine sehr ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung, von der aus alles, egal ob Zentrum oder die Saale-Promenade, innerhalb kürzester Zeit erreichbar ist.
Lidl und Rossmann sind in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen. Mit ein paar wenigen Schritten ist Rossmann zu erreichen und auch die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist fussläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Parkplatz wurde auch schnell gefunden. Der kleine Garten an der Wohnung ist natürlich toll. Die Wohnung ist auch recht gut ausgestattet.
Die Sauberkeit war jetzt nicht soo dolle. Im Bad hat man an der klobürste gesehen, dass der Vorgänger aktiv war.. der fliessenspiegel an der wand hätte auch mal gewischt werden können.
Im Wohnzimmer gingen dicke Spinnfäden von der Lampe und die Fußleisten lösten sich auch.
Beim öffnen des Kühlschrankes flog uns die Schraube vom
Tiefkühlschrank entgegen.
An die Flurgarderobe sollte man auch nichts hängen, denn diese löst sich so langsam aus der Wand

it’s a beautiful apartment! and it has an amazing outdoor patio area as well!
i couldn’t connect to the WiFi and I couldn’t turn on the heating so it was a little cold inside, it would be amazing if they have a ”how to” sheet of paper of frequently asked questions or things you need to know how to work in the apartment.

The apartment is very cozy, nicely and functionally equipped - in accordance with the offer and photos. It is clean and pleasant - in all rooms. A big attraction is the small garden where you can spend the evening. The location of the apartment is very attractive - right next to the tram depot, S-Bahn station, close to Lidl store, Rossmann, pharmacy. You can walk to the city center (it takes about 40-45 minutes) by a very attractive trail along the river - I highly recommend this place, because although it is a city park, it gives the impression of a forest and is very well-kept. Handing over and collecting the keys - completely trouble-free, very nice owner who lives next door.
We will come back for sure and we will recommend it!
