air condition works with a timer max 2 hours. so every two hours you have to get up and put it on again! not good at all! otherwise okay, 1,7 km walking to the beach, so car is essential.

very spacious flat, absolutely quiet.

sometimes there was a problem finding a free slot to park the car. it is a minor issue, though.

The property has amazing views overlooking Riviera Golf and a good peak to the Mediterranean Sea. Orientation, abundant green areas and water features work so well to reduce the high temperatures experienced elsewhere during our stay. Having three pools was also very convenient to suit different ages and swimming skills. Our host Federico was very friendly, helpful and eager to fix/replace/cater for whatever was missing which we thought was useful to have.

The Kitchen facilities were pretty basic. Showers were not good in both bathrooms and one of them was effectively a shower room as curtain was about one foot off the floor, which pretty much limited its use. A car is needed for a quick access to shops and restaurants down the hill. However, parking is not guaranteed within the complex, especially in high season. Although we only had to park the car only once by the rubbish bins at the beginning of Cristal street.
