The house is fabulous, with priceless views and everything you could want/need for a getaway! Location is superb. Vacation was fun and relaxing - a dream vacation for our family!

The family had a great time at this property and the pool was awesome!!

House was nice and clean and the perfect spot for families to enjoy the pool and water. We had a small issue with the water heater but Jay was able to get a plumber out next day. Overall, it was a great trip for all of us.

This was a perfect location for our Mother of the Bride getaway. The setup of the house made it easy to host people who did not neccesarily know each other well. I had a group of 13 mix of family, college friends, and friends from town. We only left the property for dinner 1 night! Otherwise we spent our time kayaking, paddle boarding, playing games and most importantly relaxing! By the end of the week everyone had become good friends and we are all looking forward to seeing each other at the wedding. The only negative thing I have to say is that some of the kitchen stuff was dirty and the wooden chairs by the water are in rough shape and basically unusable. Overall it's an amazing location and set up for a great getaway. Lots of requests for a reunion next year!

Could not have been more pleased!

We loved the home and all its amenities especially the paddle boards and kayaks. My daughter loved the downstairs apartment. The gas grills need replacing as they are both very corroded. Hope to return next year.

Property was beautiful and perfect for our family of adults. From the beautiful bedrooms, kitchen, screened porch to beautiful views n pool evry day. Evrything we could need and Jay was a welcoming and helpful host/manager. We were sad to leave and would stay again in a heartbeat.

What a great week! House is absolutely perfect for a large family! We had ages 65 to 18 mths! Dock, beach and pool are ideal for all age groups! Property manager, Jay, was extremely responsive and helpful! Highly recommend this property!

The house was well equipped. Elevator was accessible and handy. Pool was great! Be aware that one bedroom and bath is not connected to the main living quarters and is downstairs. It worked for us but might not for others. Overall no complaints! The screened porch was wonderful and our hang out place! Good location to restaurants and shopping.

House is wonderful and the setting right on the ocean is just what we wanted. Bright & Cheery, freshly painted and updated. Everything has been thought out for you. We had eight adults and a couple of small children. The set-up was perfect. The main Kitchen has every utensil, pot, pan you need. a few little things could be improved Ice Maker very slow (so we bought ice), needs a paring knife. Having two full sized refrigerator, once for beverages and one for food was so nice. Washer & Dryer - work perfectly fairly new. Ceiling Fans in all the rooms was great! Had an issue with the pool heater / jacuzzi - Jay had someone out right away to fix the issue. The Paddle board and kayaks were used by the whole family. :)

The property has everything you need. Pool and water were a perfect temperature. You have your own aquarium in the back and dock fishing was great.

We had a large group that was there to lobster during opening weekend. The house is ideal for a large group. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the outside with the pool, dock, beach, paddle boards, etc... was amazing. The kitchen was not ideal for our group of cooks (stove top took a long time to heat, and did not maintain a consistent temperature). But, the vitamix for fruity drinks made up for it. The property manager is very hands-on. Our biggest problem is that we booked the boat that was mentioned in the listing. And, we did not receive that boat. There were some parts/repair issues, and we were made known about those the day before our arrival. The property manager did provide a substitute boat. Fortunately, we had rented a second boat. If not for that, our lobster trip would have been a bust with the substitute boat. Overall, a great trip at a great house in an exceptional location on the water!

Love the private beach for snorkeling and sunsets. Plenty of room for extended family. From the moment you arrive, feels like your own paradise. Plenty of restaurants and activities (do the marine mammal responder dolphin encounter!) within minutes. There are some updating needs, mostly cosmetic, but for the price it’s hard to find a better single place for this many people to stay.

The house, the beach and the pool are so wonderful! We had 8 adults and 2 kids in our group and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The pool is SO WARM! We had added an extra day after booking and a few days before check-in (we booked months prior) the property manager said that VRBO didn't calculate the taxes and that he would contact them. I heard nothing until after we were there. He said we should just directly pay him, which I was uncomfortable with. I had to then spend more time, while on vacation, calling VRBO (over an hour) and dealing with it. I was super frustrated especially because it was the property managers fault, not mine and not VRBO's. However, in the end, I would recommend this place and stay again.

We had an amazing time. This place has all you need and then some. The ocean, a pool and nightly sunsets. The first 2 days we didn't even leave the house. It was an easy check-in/out process. Thanks for letting us enjoy a little bit of your daily paradise.

This is a mixed review so if you are considering renting this property you should read my entire review. Also, character limit will make me be brief so I can't be as detailed as I would like The good: Great location Wonderful views Slept our entire party We made great memories and had a great time. I would likely rent again here were it not for the HORRIBLE property manager. The Bad: Property manager wanted to meet us instead of just leaving us code for a keybox. WEIRD Arrived at 4pm, he was there cleaning pool. It was full of debris from storm the night before. Didn't finish cleaning, my kids did it after he left Rented a boat with the house. It was odd, because it wasn't rented by the owners of the house, but by the property manager himself. I had to take him back to his car since we took the boat from the Marina to the house. That night, I got a text asking if a mattress had been delivered! I went downstairs and sure enough there was a giant box sitting there. I started getting annoyed because when you pay over 15k total for a one week rental you don't expect to play Uber driver and doorman, but I let it go. Next day took the boat fishing. Anchor wouldn't drop. He sent a mechanic to the house. Couldn't fix the anchor but gave us a crank to release it by hand!?! Took so long day was over and no boating. Next day took boat out, manually dropped anchor. No bite so picked up anchor (manually pulling an anchor for a 28ft boat is NOT fun). When moving spots, port engine failed. Limped home at 5mph, took an hour and a half. Worth mentioning that while we were out, he had a repairman over to look at the dishwasher (which was working so that was weird...bear in mind wife and kids were in the house while repairman was there. He wanted to send mechanic back but I didn't trust the boat anymore and told him I wanted a refund. It's a month later, and he hasn't followed up with me, and no refund on the boat. Tried calling owner of house but no return call. PM ignores texts and emails. I finally disputed the charge. This one man and his junk boat were the only bad part of the trip, but because it was supposed to be a boating/fishing trip I have to give the whole stay 1 star. Sorry to the owner of this magnificent house, but maybe next time return a renter's call, and definitely find yourself a better PM. This guy should NOT be managing a rental of this caliber/price.

Great house in an amazing location that was even better than advertised. Wonderful comfortable house with all of the water toys we needed for enjoying the water. Great location that feels very private. We had a wonderful trip and can’t wait to go back.

There was an abundance of beach towels, the canoes and paddle boards were perfect, water was incredible, pool and hot tub were fantastic! Outdoor seating was great and the small outdoor frig kept us from having to run upstairs every time we were thirsty! I kept it full of juice box lemonade and water! Jay was wonderful! He even brought us a few fishing poles for the boys! Highly recommend this property! Would definitely stay here again!

The lanai area, pool and pier were very nice-good sized pool and very large shaded seating area. We had to wear shoes on pier as there were screws sticking up and lots of slivers. Of the 2 grills only one worked and the electronic start was broke on it.. The upstairs was adequate. Lots of broken blinds, a fan with no remote, broken dish washer and cracked stovetop (Jay said they were coming to fix but never did). Downstairs unit was a mess. A refrigerator that stunk and a broken bathroom sink. All in all the yard could use a major cleanup-from the beach to the surounding yard. Lots of junk sitting around. I realize no rental property is perfect but when you pay this amount of money you expect more. We made the best of it and did enjoy our stay but other renters should be aware of the total picture.

Clean, spacious property that was great for family time but also personal time. Kitchen, bedrooms, bath and outdoor space all well-appointed with every necessity. Look forward to returning.

Paradise out the back door

We took our family of 10 on a vacation to Key Largo and the Keys to celebrate our birthdays. We ranged in age from 3-70. Due to Covid, it was the first time all ten of us had been together in 2 years. We had a FABULOUS time! The house is perfect for families. We all had our own space if we needed it. Our host, Jay was always responsive to any questions we had and was super nice. We enjoyed the paddle boards and kayak that were there for our use at no extra charge. We fell in love with the Keys and I hope to go back at some point. It's as if you're in the tropics without leaving the USA.

Fan in the Master has no controller. Host said he would call to see where it is and we never heard back from him. Remote to tv in Master does not work. Sliding door in Master does not lock. Light and fan above stovetop does not work, range top is cracked which is dangerous when you try to clean it. Some dishes and utensils were not clean but were in the cabinet/drawers. The blind in the back room is broke. The beach was not cleared before our stay. For the rate we paid, I expect everything to work. Oh also, we were told not to use the elevator because if it stopped it would be hours before someone could come get us out. Probably should take it out of the description and let people know that they are carrying things up stairs.

This place is just as it looks in the pictures. Even better once you arrive. A complete dream

We absolutely loved the house location and the grounds! We were a family group and the cousins all had a blast in the pool and at the beach area. They had fun snorkeling and we enjoyed the kayak and paddle boards that the property provided. Twice we saw a manatee off the dock and several spotted a dolphin one night. There honestly is no reason to leave the house if you want to relax and enjoy the amazing view! The house was great as well with room to spread out. We loved the screened in dining area upstairs and all the shaded seating in the area by the pool! The host, Jay, made the process run smoothly and was easily reached. Wonderful stay on a great property!

The property was pretty much as advertised although the description did not make it clear that the one bedroom/apartment was on the ground floor and separate from the main living quarters. There were four bedrooms on the main living level which were very nice. Putting two young teens on the lower level was a little concerning. Also we were unaware that if we planned to use the elevator we needed to notify the property manager ahead of time. Check in was easy but when Jay (property manager)said he was going to stop by, he never did. We also had to refill the propane tank for the grill on our own without any compensation. Some of the appliances needed repair (cook top and dishwasher rack). All in all these minor issues are easy fixes for a property that was perfect for us, our children, and grandchildren.
