Situé à Dewey Beach, ce charmant maison pour 405 € par nuit est un génial choix pour votre prochain voyage Holly Bush Cottage est une maison classique avec un remodelage majeur en 2016. Un endroit idéal pour les familles pour passer une semaine à la plage. La maison comprend quatre chambres, deux salles de bains récemment rénovées, une cuisine complète avec un coin repas et une nouvelle véranda grillagée (ce qui est magique les soirs d'été). Il y a une douche extérieure sur le pont arrière et un gril. Le salon dispose d'une grande télévision à écran plat et la maison dispose d'un accès Internet haut débit (90+ Mbps) avec un excellent WIFI.

C'est une promenade rapide à la plage (2,5 pâtés de maisons) et aux restaurants et autres attractions de Dewey Beach. Rehoboth et la promenade sont un court trajet en vélo ou en voiture. Les célèbres magasins d'usine de Rehoboth sont à quelques minutes en voiture sur la route côtière.

Lovely older home w/ hardwood floors; updated, very-well stocked kitchen. Bathrooms, kitchen & floors were very clean. Nice neighborhood on the West side of Highway 1A. Lovely screened-in porch.

The house has a well equipped kitchen and lots of nice touches. It’s located a few blocks from the beach, about a 10 minute walk. I was told I needed to bring sheets and was given the bed sizes, which we brought with us. I was disappointed that I needed to go and purchase bath towels, toilet paper, hand soap and dish soap. I would have thought they would have been provided, even hotels include this. There are a ton of stores within a 15-20 minute drive. Overall, it was a great week- the weather was fabulous!

This is a wonderful beach house with good size rooms, plenty of storage, a nice shady back yard, easy walk to the ocean and well stocked kitchen. There is a “twin bed dorm” which is perfect for the kids/ grandkids. The beds in this room are tired but I’m told will be replaced for next season. W had a great time here and will look to return next season!

The location is great and it was an easy walk to the town of Dewey and Dewey beach! The house is large and had plenty of space for our family of 6. It was celaan and updated nicely. The back porch was our favorit place! We would definitely stay here again!

The house is perfect for a medium sized family at Dewey beach and the location is close to the beach. The house was very clean and well maintained. Allan was a pleasure to work with and check in/out were seamless. Woupd be happy to return anytime and stay again!

We were a 3 generation family of 7. The layout of the house was perfect for us. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well stocked for eating-in. Allan had sent us information about the house and places to eat and visit which was very helpful.

The house the very clean and stocked with extras. Our bed was not very comfortable and our guests said the same. Other than that, it was perfect. Loved the outdoor shower.

House was exactly as listed. Location is quiet yet close to everything. Plenty of room for large families. Back porch is great. Outdoor shower is amazing. Owner was very responsive to communication with any questions or concerns.

Comfy cozy
We really felt at home at Ann Acres—plenty of room for my family of ten to veg out in the living room or on the screened porch. We cooked out on the grill and watched the grandkids kick the soccer ball in the backyard. The house was clean and everything we needed was at our fingertips. The host was super responsive and helpful. We are definitely considering coming back next year!

Dewey beach stay
It was nice. Having to supply your own sheets and towels and hand towels is a bit of a hassle. no beach chairs, bikes, beach toys, or umbrellas are available for your use either. Our price might have been off peak but probably reflected the above missing items. If you’re driving in from out of town it’s hard to have space to pack all of those things.

Wonderful week at the beach
Great house for a beach vacation. We had a family of 10 and loved our experience. Beds were comfortable, kitchen and dining room was perfect for hanging out, the den was perfect for downtime and most importantly, the screened in porch was a perfect way to end every night. Easy walk to the beach and Dewey restaurants, easy drive to everywhere else. Can't recommend this place highly enough!

We loved our stay at the Holly Bush Cottage. Very nicely appointed home in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to downtown Dewey.
We had a great experience renting from the owner. He was very communicative and responsive when we had a small issue and resolved it quickly.

Great stay walking distance to the beach
My family and I had a great experience staying at this house and it was very convenient to the beach. The house also had lots of games and toys that our young children loved.

A wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend.
We had a great time with two other couples. The beds are great ,nice and roomy house , two great sitting areas. Fully stocked kitchen. Since eating out was limited more cooking was done in house. Great owners to correspond with , Allen gave great tips of the area too ! Plan to return sometime.

Convenient spot for a beach break
This is a cute spot that’s pretty conveniently located to the beach. While you have to walk across the busy highway, it’s only about ten minutes before you’re on the beach. Good communication with the owner, nice outdoor space, and fully stocked kitchen.

Sweet cottage. Plenty of room for large family. Well-equipped home. Decent walk to beach, though you must cross busy Route 1, nerve-racking with small children. GREAT communication from landlord. You'll love your stay!

Excellent week at Holly Bush Cottage!
Nothing but good things to say about our week at Holly Bush Cottage. Family trip of 6 adults and a six month old in July 2020. House was as advertised and more. Especially loved the very well supplied kitchen (due to restaurant restrictions did a lot of meal prep in the house), the excellent air conditioning , great screened in porch, lovely backyard and convenience to the beach. Allan was a pleasure to deal with - very communicative and easygoing. Actually had two people who needed to do remote work while here and worked out great for them as well. House is very quiet and even within the house noise seems to stay contained. Excellent experience and highly reccomended,

This senior group loves this house. Very well equipped, nicely decorated, wonderful porch, room for all. A great find close to the ocean. We will be back for more fun and laughter.

Ready to rebook for next year!
We had a lovely time at Holly Bush Cottage with enough room for 8 people to spread out and also be together. We left our car in the driveway most of the week taking advantage of everything walkable in Dewey Beach and using the Jolly Trolley to visit Rehoboth boardwalk.

The beach is a short walk away (you do have to cross a couple of big roads). We went to the beach almost every day, and took a few side trips to Funland and the Outlets. Overall, it was a very peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Allan emailed out some great instructions ahead of time, and everything was just as expected. Would definitely recommend!

Property was as advertised. Information supplied by property manager was extensive and very useful. We did indeed love the back porch. Grandkids really enjoyed the backyard as well! Also, outdoor shower was hit with both adults and the grandkids.
