The tub went down really slow. For the money our family spent on this rental it wasn't worth it.

Our family had the best time at this perfectly located gem in South Carolina. The condo was cozy and clean and everything we thought it would be from the photos submitted online. The view was breathtaking and it was something I enjoyed early in the morning on the patio with some coffee. If you’re looking for a place where you feel like you’re in paradise but yet the comforts of home, this is it. In my opinion it was perfectly located, not too close to the busy hustle and bustle of downtown myrtle yet very close to North Myrtle Beach where we liked to frequent often. We will definitely be back🌴☀️

This was our first stay at Carolina Dunes. We booked just a couple of weeks before our trip and found the listing and went for it. Everything is as described in the listing. The condo itself was nicely appointed and clean (ish) when we arrived. We always wipe things down once anyway after we check in somewhere. We arrived right on time, just as the cleaning crew was leaving. Whoever owns the place did a good job renovating the property as it's obvious that the building has been around a while. Still, the elevator worked well, parking was nice by having a spot in the covered area. The pool area was nice and the water was warm for a mid-April stay. We were a bit disappointed there was no hot tub, but knew that going in. The balcony was nice and had enough room that we could sit and have breakfast outside in the morning as the sun came up. The views were great. A couple of maintenance issues came up. The shower head actually came out of the wall but they were prompt in fixing it and it was as if it never happened. The coffee pot was not working correctly as it took it about 3 hours to fully make a pot of coffee. They did replace it as well. Beyond that, the only other thing we had happen was that we decided to work one of the 1500 piece jigsaw puzzles only to find out that it was 8 pieces short. We got a good laugh out of that. Location was good, not too busy where we were. For some reason, the DOT decided it was a good idea to pave the street one night in the middle of the night so you could hear their equipment beeping and making noise. Good beach access and the chairs provided were very useful. We would definitely consider staying here again at some point.

It included all the amenities for us to enjoy, relax and allowed us to work remotely with ease. The property is managed by a large property management company and they really have their act together. They were responsive to all questions and were quick to address a few small maintenance items that came up. Pros: - On the beach - that million-dollar view 24/7 - Location - near lots of restaurants and stores, but not in the middle of the crazy tourist zone. - Great space, tons of room - 3 large bedrooms - Fully equipped kitchen - SmartTV in all bedrooms and living room - Good, reliable internet (about 50Mb/s) - Great, responsive management - Unit is well renovated with nice finishes and a great beachy vibe. - The building is older (1980s) but clearly well maintained Cons: - Master bedroom mattress was a bit tired. Pillows could be better - The maintenance staff at the neighboring property loved to come out with their leaf blower at 7AM on a regular basis. - No Hot Tub - Pool wasn't open during our stay (as was clearly disclosed to us prior to our booking)

Certainly located between North and Soutjh Myrtle Beach, we were able to stay right there or go 20 minutes in either direction for food and fun. From the time we walked in, until we sadly left, we enjoyed this unit so much. I highly recommend to anyone looking in this area. And the beach itself was fabulous. Flat, no seaweed or rocks, perfect size waves and the perfect weather was just what we needed. Thank you for everything❤️

This property was perfect for our group of 10 people. Plenty of space, oceanfront view. My only complaint is that the 4 chairs included for the beach were not usable in my opinion. The 2 that were actual beach chairs were rust covered and the other 2 were camping chairs.

Great location on a quiet beach. Walking distance to restaurants and mini golf. Short drive to nightlife. Nice family friendly area. Condo was spacious ( the bathroom was tiny) but nothing to complain about because the views were amazing. I would definitely go back.

We stayed in this same unit in May 2018 and had a great experience. We were expecting the same quality. The condo is nice but unclean. The rug in the living room is disgusting and had chips and salsa on it. The blankets on the bed were worn with stains. The washing machine made us gag with the goopy hair balls and mildew. There was poop, yes literal poop on the baseboard in the bathroom. The entire unit stunk from the dishwasher. All of the dishes were dirty. One of the beds had a stain on the mattress pad. The door to the utility closet fell completely off every time you tried to open or close it. The vacuum cleaner wouldn't turn on. It was a frustrating experience altogether.
