This is the nicest cottage I have ever rented! Charming, clean, tons of room, everything you need. Loads of privacy with a small beach in front, this is a rear cottage with a spectacular second floor deck with a 360 view, truly unique!
Dont miss Carpenters Farm Stand and Matunuck Oyster Bar. Heat controls in every room, comfy beds, good kitchen, lovely and thought out. Off season, a little rainy, but so relaxing and a fun area. Lovely, communicative host.

We had a great week. It was my 4 year old and 1 year old and wife - the house was great. We had everything we needed. The rooftop deck was amazing. Hoping to go back again next summer.

The cottage and the surrounding area were perfect for our family vacation. Lots to do in Matunuck and other attractions were just a short drive away.

One of our best vacations ever. We loved the fact that our beach was only a few steps away from the house. Didn't love the rocks at the beach but having a private beach area was heaven. And the upstairs deck area was one of the favorite things about the house. What a view! Very peaceful and restful vacation. Thanks for sharing that house with us. No one wanted to leave!

Our family of 5 came here from Minnesota and stayed the week at this property. Plenty of space for all of us. Liked having a full kitchen to cook on nights that we didn't want to go out. Nice location as well with restaurants within walking distance. Would highly recommend this property!

Quante withshort walk to South Kingstown Town Beach which had an open field and playground which worked out well for us since we had our young children

Great deck, great beach, close to excellent coffee and pizza. Ice cream isn’t far either. Our young kids loved it. Spent time playing in the surf and on the beach, watching surfers, kayaking the cove immediately north of the property. Close to Narragansett and Point Judith. No cons to speak of, very pleased with our stay.

Perfect location! The house is gorgeous, beautiful view from the top deck. Love that you can walk right to the water, basically have the beach to yourself. The loft stays cool because they have an A/C upstairs. Would recommend. Definitely will be back!

Multiple take out options within walking distance, plenty of parking and we pretty much had the entire beach to ourselves the whole time. We loved sitting up on the rooftop deck in the evenings. House was very clean and perfect for our family of 4. Only one suggestion if you plan on using the AC just bring a fan to put in the kitchen and blow air into the bedrooms. The house gets very cool, but the room with the queen is at the far end and was a bit warm.

Awesome stay. Would recommend they add some more condiments in the kitchen. Ex., we had to buy our own salt and pepper. Otherwise, very clean, well organized and beautifully located

The biggest problem was the loft was WAY TO HOT! It really was not used because of that. My daughter and husband had to sleep on the couch in main area. The mini split did ok for the other rooms with the help of some fans shooting it down to that direction. If the loft had its own air conditioner it would be almost perfect. The beach is very rocky with lots of debris washed up. But views are beautiful and very clean. One more thing is you have to pretty much live out of your suit saw because of limited closet/ drawers

Had an amazing time - house is very clean and very comfortable, and in a great location. Thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the beach immediately adjacent to house and on the beautiful upper deck - view can't be beat!

We really enjoyed this property, the house was clean and updated. Loved the new balcony so we could relax and watch the sunset and enjoy the calmness of the beach.

Great location! Short drive or walk to most restaurants/shops. We loved waking up and having coffee on the private beach every morning and watching sunsets from the rooftop deck at night. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. We would love to return!

We stayed at this property 4 years ago and loved it. This is our first time back since then and we wondered if our experience would still be positive. Yes indeed. The cottage is clean, well supplied and very comfortable. But the best part is the beachfront and the spectacular view from the upper deck. It was a wonderful October weekend.

We loved our stay at Matunuck Beach. The location of the house is amazing with gorgeous views of the sunset from the deck every night. You have access to a private little beach out the front and less than a 5min walk to the public beach. I would highly recommend staying here.
