siamo stati spostati all'hotel Touring per motivi tecnici nella mia camera ma lo staff è stato gentilissimo e ha risolto il problema in maniera veloce e soddisfacente. comunque l'hotel Touring è dello stesso proprietario ed è poco distante. enentrambi gli hotel

Very nice located near Promenade Miamare and at the front of the Beach. Good breakfast, very nice and frendly Staff. Cleaning room every Day.Good Value for the Money. Must visit again.

great location, friendly staff, and clean rooms. shopping and restaurants everywhere nearby. Parking in public (for free) is easy if you arrive at a decent time.
no private beach that belongs to the hotel as mentioned. Chairs on the beach must be paud separately from the hotel. poor room isolation, poor quality breakfast (no juices, only powder flavour with water), limited buffet: someone has to put food for you, so long waiting time is to be expected.

We booked this hotel for a very good price, the room was big, had balcony. The breakfast was fabulous. I would recommend this place for longer stay as well.

I was amazed at the choice and variety for breakfast. The hours were good and the room was never crowded or tables left with used cutlery, plates etc.

All was really good. Hotel not far from railway and metro stations, right near the seaside (places on the beach for extra pay but with a discount from the hotel). Lots of nice places near and if the room with a sea view, it can be loud at the evening time from the party on the beach but it's not critical)
Cleaning was daily but they don't make wet floor cleaning so it feels a little bit dirty, very old hairdryers and when you take a shower the water comes outside the shower area

Very good location, very good breakfast with good coffee, nice receptionists. Bed was comfortable.
About the room: very small
fridge, no glasses, floor was not clean, air-condition was very weak.
Plastic and very small glasses for breakfast. No vegan milk provided.
Due to illness we arrived without 1 adult and a baby, and there was no refund option even though we could have proved the illness with doctor’s certificate.
Parking was a bit far from the hotel but safe to leave your car.
