Great area! Convenient to The Hill, Forrest Park and short walking distance to Pickleball courts. We picked this one because of the Pickleball courts. It was perfect! We will definitely stay there again.

This house worked well for our family. My sisters and I, and our spouses (total of 6 adults) stayed the weekend while we attended a family get together in town. The house was clean, and spacious. We had no problem with check in, and received text messages regarding check out. The neighborhood seemed older and quite safe. All in all, I'd give it 5 stars.

House was adorable and very comfortable. Perfect location, close to Arch, Zoo, Aquarium and Grant's Farm.

Very clean, and updated south city home that accommodated kids and one little dog. Very much liked the quite street.

House was immaculate and exactly as pictured. The fenced backyard made the stay with our dog relaxing for all 6 of us. Met company owner and staff who were very welcoming. And a walk in the morning rewarded us with a stop at the Pint Size bakery!

Near a park which made for a nice walk - saw some wildlife! No bathroom on upstairs level. Stairs a little narrow. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the complimentary treats! More than adequate for our family's stay.

House was very clean inside, lots of space for our family to spread out- 4 adults and 3 kids. There is another family room in the basement that could easily sleep more people who don’t mind sleeping on the couch. As has been mentioned in other reviews, the bathroom layout is a little bit odd- no bathroom on the second floor with those bedrooms, the second bathroom is in the basement off of the family room. This was not a big deal for our family but good to know. We were worried about the upstairs being cool with the window unit, but it was just fine. Note- the second bedroom upstairs is not really separate from the other bedroom- just a French door in between. This could be closed and there is a curtain for a little more privacy, but as the window unit is in the bedroom with the twin beds, I think this would likely cause air flow issues upstairs. Again, this was fine for our group, but a good thing to know. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept, with a park at the end of the street. Quick access to Hampton- zoo, Highway 64 very close. Within 5 minutes was a Target, grocery store, and Ted Drewes. The backyard seemed to have been overlooked by the cleaning crew- lots of fireworks trash that we had to pick up. But inside was very clean. We appreciated all of the amenities in the kitchen. Host was quick to respond to communication, and key code lock was easy to use. Would stay again.

Although the bathroom situation isn't ideal, it worked great for our group. The place was clean and conveniently located near our venue. Great communication and directions.

Lovely home, great customer service. The second bathroom was located in basement (which is nicely fixed up) where there is no bedroom. I was not aware of this at time of booking.

Between my family and I, we killed at least 2 dozen spiders in the kitchen and hallway to the basement since our arrival. There were also ants in the upstairs bathroom. As there is insect killer under the kitchen sink and a good sized hole in the molding of the window in the dining area facing the patio I’m inclined to think the owner knows this would do well to have the house professionally pest treated as the maintenance personnel also reported mice droppings when removing the refrigerator. The home was beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. The maintenance team and i.t. Team were very responsive and we appreciate their quick communication, resourcefulness, and professionalism. The home itself however had many issues including those outlined above and: —the back patio- which was not at all reflective of what was shown in the photos —cleanliness ( including visible dust clots in all of vent filters con webs, etc), This left us not only uncomfortable and in the space but unable to keep to all of the plans we had made for our trip ( outside the home). We were uncomfortable from day one as we had trouble getting in ( code didn’t work) we were given less than 24 hours- to no notice for. The refrigerator went on day 2- and we lost some food which I was told I would be reimbursed for but never was. We spent 2 of 4 days with maintenance replacing appliances, fixing broken ac, cable, etc. Interrupting our family time and plans a good deal. Things happen, of course. But some things can and ought to be avoided if listing a home as spotless.

Air didn’t work very well the last night. 75 degrees in the house. Needed some deep cleaning. Yard was not in good shape. Lots of piles of leaves. Location was good. Nice park to walk too. Very nice updated kitchen.

We loved the location of the property, but we a little disappointed by the cleanliness (there was an old sock in the closet and the floor was dirty). The outdoor area looked lovely in the photos, but the table and umbrella were broken and left against the fence, cushions were missing, balls and dog toys were left in the yard, which needed to be mowed. We made it work, but it was nothing like the photos. It was nice and because of the location we might stay here again, but the property needs a little TLC.

The actual home was nice and the stay was fine. Now getting my deposit back..another story! It didn't happen based off of routine maintenance that was not mentioned in the lease/ contract such as painting and carpet cleaning!! The home was lived in and you would think after a family suffered a huge loss due to fire the last thing that would happen is the deposit not be returned for painting and carpet cleaning even luxury hotels don't keep your deposit for that. I would give 3 stars just on that alone but they only give the option of 4 or 5 stars

We enjoyed this property very much for a weekend stay! Great central location, house is quite big but unassuming from the front. Cute backyard and lots of space inside to relax. Beautiful kitchen and great flow to the house
