Very clean, cozy rooms and really nice staff. Excelent location in the center of Valle.
It is located near a night club or party venue and we couldn’t sleep at night, really loud noice.

The location, beds, & restaurant are phenomenal!
The noise on a Saturday night kept me up all night. Our room was located on the street side of the property and the traffic, noise, and bar music was too much. Ask for a room that is not on the street if you don’t want to deal with the noise.

Juan Carlos was great, the facilities were comfortable and the location is unbeatable. having parking on site was super helpful.
the shower had dirt on the floor, nothing major but would have liked to have it cleaned beforehand.

We loved being able to walk around the town so easily from the hotel.
Having the onsite restaurant was quite convenient (and delicious!)
All of the staff, particularly Juan Carlos, were helpful.
And the hotel itself is beautiful!
It was across from a club so the music at night was quite loud. We had a room facing the street which probably made it louder.
The wifi reached into the sitting room but not the bedroom.

Beautiful place, EXCELLENT STAFF, comfortable, centrally located.
One night my cell phone died and I couldn't text to have them let us in after hours. They should have non digital back up for when a guest needs to come in after hours.

Rooms were not comfortable at all. The property is a beautiful old house, but the rooms are poorly designed and rundown.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service was outstanding, the atmosphere friendly and inviting. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We’ll definitely return here! 5 ⭐️s!

Location, in center of town, but also in an all night night club and party until 5 in the morning zone.
Carpeting on floor, even n bathroom.
Extremely Poor plumbing.
Recommendation to combat noise from all night clubs: Drink 6 Margaritas and 3 straight shots of Tequila, before going to bed.
