Very warm welcome at reception... staff were very friendly and attentive. the room was very clean. The hotel was to a good standard. Met expectations. the room was clean and spacious. had all the necessary amenities & a wardrobe section. highly recommended the hotel Avalon in Multan.😊

Location, as nearer to shopping Market
My mistake that I stay their, i book presidential suite they give me 104 room so called presidential suite, cleanses pathetic, bugs were there I bought myself bugs killer spray even shown to help desk manager he offers to change room two other shown 103 and 408 ,bugs were also there shown to floor manager, they charge in advance as i reach there, I was with my family my little daughter is age 5 , I told manager warm water for washroom but till morning no availability, breakfast buffet is tea , bread , jam, butter, egg , aloo bugia , cahnnay , paratha ( which was so hard that can't be eaten easily, bottom line owner should cross check staff if they want to run and get good reputation, I ask manager kindly tell Mr ejaz( owner) regarding all this ,

big room with new furniture goof for family and kids
toilet walls very dirty , flash tank not working even room flour not clean properly bed sheets and comfort cover also dirty towels like 5 years old . order tea but they not deliver in room even not informed that we cant serve , breakfast also u have to go other building

Location of the hotel is amazing. Center of the city where restaurants and brand shops are located on walking distance. Hotel staff is super cooperative. Breakfast was buffet. Taste was good enough. Room ac was working properly. Bed was comfortable. Safe place. Highly recommend.!
