Esta divino el hotel. Muy bien ubicado a la entrada del pueblo de Valle. Las habitaciones y baños divinos. La regadera es una maravilla y sus productos de baño deliciosos

Tuvimos mucho calor en la noche y el ventilador de la Habitación solo tiene una velocidad así que tuvimos que abrir las ventanas del cuarto. Supe a la mañana siguiente que tenían ventiladores que me Podrían haber enviado, pero pues no lo supe antes desafortunadamente

It was a beautiful property with a fabulous roof deck with views of the water. The food and restaurant service were perfect. The ceilings were high and the bathroom was large a super swanky with a soaking tub and separate shower.

There is no air conditioning - which was quite a shock to me since it’s the nicest hotel I stayed at during my 4 week travel throughout Mexico. Every other hotel was much less expensive but they all had air conditioning- so I would assume that a hotel at this caliber would have some. We asked the guest attendant about it and he looked at us stone faced without a response. We asked if we could leave the sliding door open, but there was no screen for the large window and you can get insects coming in…. He said very little. Some training of these guest attendants would be helpful. He should have simply said that it gets cool at night so all we needed to do was open the door and use the light curtain as a mosquito net (albeit anyone from the hotel could enter our room from the open deck door). Perhaps simply installing an air conditioning (and training the guest attendant and the front desk to answer their calls) would make this a 10 star hotel. NOTE: There is street construction going on for several blocks which was not mentioned anywhere prior to booking and it made it very difficult for my 86 year old mom to walk to as we couldn’t get a Taxi there. Plus, there are no elevators for the elderly, so that was a bit of a challenge.

The whole center of th city is under construction. I had changed my travel days without knowing this, and they only allow the change to be in March. Today I know why! It was not a nice experience to know this when I was already in the City, they send a message saying you will have to walk to the Hotel and people will help. All the staff was amazing! I asked to talk to the manager, she never appeared but send a message saying I could go to a sister Hotel they have. I visited it, but it was not an option for me, due to the location. I would recommend the Hotel to be open to the information about construction and allow guest to decide if they want to stay with this inconveniences. I am allergic to dust and dust is all around the place. The Hotel is very nice, the chef amazing and the staff as well. It has nothing to do with the staff or the Hotel itself, it has to do with the conditions of the venue and the Manager not being available. I wanted to leave the Hotel and had no one to discuss this with. I had dinner at the sister Hotel and the staff took me there, the service and food excellent! I would have preferred if I knew of the inconveniences and had a choice!

The construction work around the venue, it does not allow walking around, feet get all dusty. I am allergic to dust and kept coughing all the time, that was not a nice experience. If you want to go in the coming days, make sure the construction work is done in the city!

The hotel is beautifully designed with lush landscaping that makes it feel like an oasis. The room was well-appointed with a very comfortable bed, great linens, and stunning bathroom. The enormous shower had excellent water pressure. We enjoyed a nice lunch in the restaurant, and were impressed by the quality of the food and cocktails.

The pool on the roof terrace is smaller than I anticipated, and not really welcoming for swimming. I also was surprised the room did not have a mini-fridge.
