the lighting in the property was really cosy and the hotub bath was amazing

Really enjoyed the jacuzzi hot tub 😍 with the music inbult such an amazing experience and also with the interior design of the elements.
Really enjoyed the TV and fire elements that was warm and cosy.
Kitchen was nice with facilities very nice range of facilities.
The bathroom was filled with toiletries with bath robes and slippers. Very thoughtful indeed.
Enjoyed spending quality time with my husband all cosy ☺️

The pillows were quite hard and it was too cold during the night, there was a sound every 5 minutes, not sure if it was a fan or something 🤔 that's disturbed me quite a lot. The bed needs to be a bit bigger.

From moment walked into the apartment it smelt lovely and clean, it was warm the led lighting was switched on, the apartment was a good size the host had thought about everything little thing such as 3 different glass sizes, disposable slippers to dressing gowns. Checking in was easy the host guided us to the room over the phone and made sure everything was fine and told us to call or message if there is any issues.
Shops are in walking distance plenty of places to grab food if didn't fancy cooking anything.
For us the 4hr drive was worth it and we will be returning guests and definitely recommend.

The property is beautiful inside and very clean, literally looks as advertised - really amazing and cozy.
The apartment is very unassuming from the outside due to its location and run down building. Small issue for us was being greeted by a bad odour in the communal areas which you can also smell inside the room. Lastly the floor is always damp near the entrance to the bathroom, which is annoying if you’re wearing socks. Take advantage of the free sandals they provide you.

This is my third time staying at sawrey service apartments and I can proudly say I’ve never been disappointed from the apartment looking top notch with the design, cleanliness and space of the room, and to the service which you’d never get anywhere else they really know how to look after you. This is your go to place for your special occasions.

The property itself was beautiful, really clean and organised and was set perfectly for our anniversary week. Couldn’t fault it. The hot tub/jazcuzzi was another bonus
The blinds need to be updated as there were gaps in between which allowed for people to see inside

apartment was gorgeous just like the pictures, had everything in it we needed. the tv in the bathroom was a perfect touch whilst we where in the jacuzzi bath.

Fantastic location, really close to lots of nice restaurants, within walking distance to the centre. Room was spotless and I have OCD....Very friendly greeting on arrival by Aqeeb. Great stay overall.

The host was very friendly and helpful. Check in was super quick and he took the time to show my partner and I the room we was staying in and how everything worked. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment and it was amazing! The bed with the stars above was one of our favourites as well as the LEDs and the spa bath. He provided us with a Netflix account to use in the room and on the telly in the bath. Will definitely be revisiting.

Really clean room and the guy who managed the property was great.
The location isn’t great and some of the flats are rented the music and noise wasn’t great.

I really loved the set out plan of the room, it was very cosy, the bed was really comfy, I really loved the LED’s around the room, they also provided a fan if it got to warm, they also provided travel essentials such as toothpaste and toothbrush, I also requested to have petals on the bed and leading into the bathroom and they perfected it. the staff was also really helpful and kind.

nice stay, will definitely go again.
