Nice and cosy place to stay, friendly host!

Great central place to stay in Velbert, especially when you travel with public transport, as we did. There is a bus station outside the house that brings you into town in 5 minutes, or to the city of Essen; the trainstation in Werden is only 15 minutes by bus, too, from where you travel to Dusseldorf or Koln without having to change trains. Very handy location. The hosts were beyond welcoming and friendly, my children and me felt extremely comfortable during our stay. The host made sure to check in with us to see if we needed anything, and would have been available in case of problems, but other than that did not interfere with us while we lived in the flat. We stayed for a week and had everything we needed in the apartment. The beds were VERY comfortable, my sons commented on that several times. We have family in Velbert; this was our first time staying in a holiday apartment, and we will certainly come back to this one. Highly recommended.
