The property was ideal for what we wanted as a family. spacious and comfortable. We loved the terrace as it had the sunshine all day

We stayed for a week and it would have been beneficial to have a towel change during this time.

The location was excellent for shopping , restaurants and all attractions. The apartment was tastefully decorated. I liked the jacuzzi and the view was spectacular.

The jacuzzi was not easy to heat up . This could have been sorted prior to arrival . The apartment is on a Main Street and you could hear traffic but this would not stop me staying here again .

We have been travelling to Malaga for the last 10 years and know the city fairly well, this is one of the best properties we have stayed in. Firm believer in you get what you pay for ! All you need for a good short break or longer trip, great central location, all the equipment and utilities you will need are on hand, ideal for couples and larger groups, will definitely be looking at this property for our next trip.

overall a great property, definitely stay again. few minor maintenance issues, but great comms with the team.

The owners were very easy to communicate with by whatsapp and were very pleasant to deal with. They were very kind to let us have a late check out and that was really appreciated. The apartment itself is very spacious and modern - really one of the best we have ever stayed at in Malaga. The outdoor area was lovely too. The hot tub (if it had worked) would have made our stay amazing.

We were told to collect the keys from a safe box at the offices of estate agent - unfortunately the keys were not in the box when we opened it and we had to phone and wait for a person to arrive with the keys. We were tired after a long day with a flight delay. It was then a 5/10 min walk to the apartment. It would have been easier if the safe box was located at the apartment. Also as we were taking part in the Malaga Marathon we had chosen this property because it had a hot tub. Unfortunately the hot tub was cold and when the service man came to fix it, he was unable to do so. We were really disappointed as a hot tub is just what we wanted after the run and was why we chose this property.

Apartment very spacious clean and the beds are comfortable. I thought that the hot tub would be hot but maybe in summer time it was freezing so we couldn't use. The apartment in not well equipped, no coffee machine or a toster. The girls at the reception very friendly and helpful,.

The property was very central but not at all in a noisy area. it was very nice decorated and spacious with all facilities needed for a family. The staff was amazing!

The double bed was very annoying and not at all comfortable , was moving all the time , was a weird bed poor quality. the hanger in the bathroom was destroyed and were no other hangers in the bathrooms. the cleaning was not good at all. the carpet was very dirty, the jacuzzi was not clean as it should, we never used it.

- no parasol, hot days this is a must with kids - no basic needs like olive oil, salt and pepper, not enough dishwasher tablets, no washing detergent present when this was supposed to be no coffee machine!! basic need for everyone :) - the key is to make it a pleasant surprise when actually arriving. photos show more cosines then real life, cushions and carpets missing. plants on terrace were dead. easy details to make it a perfect stay

The apartment is spacious ,it has two bathrooms and the location is amazing ,you have kitchen , living room with TV and fast internet

I didn't like the jacuzzi it was smelling like mold and it wasn't clean.

absolutely stunning hottub was the highlight 2 mins walk from the cathedral and all the restaurants would highly recommend

Prior to our stay I've read in reviews the hot tub didn't work. I reached out to them prior to our stay to ask about this, and they confirmed everything was working. When we arrived the hot tub was ice cold and it didn't work throughout our stay. They sent someone to fix it and told us it was working again, but it didn't. We booked this place specifically for the hot tub. I tried to get in touch with them after our stay to discuss, but they didn't seem to be bothered. I have a suggestion - since I read in so many reviews that the hot tubs don't work, just remove them!

great location, nice, spacious and lovely apartment, comfy beds, nice bathrooms, lovely clean kitchen. A really beautiful place. Generous bedrooms and bathrooms.

The outside area is in need of attention - the fake grass is soaked and the table has become damp and warped. The damp grass means the bottom of the hot tub is getting damaged, also the base of the small table. There is a rip in the cover of the hot tub too. We ended up feeling it wasn't nicely looked after and therefore didn't fancy using the hot tub.
