Die Unterkunft hatte alles was man braucht und war in dieser Hinsicht absolut in Ordnung.
Wir hatten leider kein warmes Wasser über die 3 Tage die wir dort verbracht haben, auch die Heizung hat nicht geheizt wie erhofft.
Uns wurde dann tatsächlich ein defekt an der Heizung als Ursache mitgeteilt, der am Tag unserer Abreise repariert werden sollte - brachte uns nicht viel, aber kann passieren, das ist uns bewusst. Schade war dann, dass uns eine Erstattung angeboten wurde, allerdings „um eine schlechte Bewertung zu vermeiden“. Es ging also nicht um eine Wiedergutmachung, sondern um die Bewertung. Seitdem wir gesagt haben, wir würden dennoch eine ehrliche Bewertung abgeben, haben wir nichts mehr gehört. Nachrichten bleiben unbeantwortet und es gab auch keine Erstattung.
Daher kommt diese Unterkunft für uns nicht mehr in Frage, der Umgang war einfach unschön.

The apartment looks great and is really comfortable.
Overall cleanliness can be improved. Especially unpleasant was that the additional bedding was old and not smelling good at all. To our request to the host that we need clean bedding to use the extra bed (for our kids), we received no response at all for the whole duration of the stay.

Parking just in front of the apartment. A nice sit-out outside the apartment. Nice kitchen and clean apartment.
There is no ironbox available (though Iron board was there!)

It`s an excellent place to stay, very well equipped and clean. It`s in a quite location having a car parked right in front of the door.

Very neat and well-equipped apartment with a convenient parking slot just in front of the windows. I liked the separate fenced terrace with an entry from the bedroom. The general location is very good - 3 min to go to the Technical Museum. There is also midi-market quite close to the place 200-300 meters to go. The communication with the proprietor was nice and effective.

Cozy, modern, clean and fully functional. There are all the kitchenware you need and more. Quiet location, perfect for 2 days visit of both technical museums of Sinsheim and Speyer, each requiring 1 day.

everything was amazing. if the bed was better it would easily be 10/10. great location with clear, free parking. huge rooms and 2 bathrooms. everything provided like make up remover and spices in the kitchen. spotlessly clean. great sofa and TV set up.
the bed was AWFUL. completely clean etc but the mattress was rock hard and the bed made such an awful screeching noise all night. whenever my partner moved it woke me up. such a shame because everything else was perfect but ultimately you need to sleep well and neither of us could there

Spacious apartment with all facilities with parking in front. Bakery and supermarket close by.
Bed was too hard and making cracking sound when turning around. Cleaning could be better. Various spiders on ceiling in bedroom and bathroom.

Location, perfect check in, very good kitchen and all the things around. Parking place. Terrace is very quiet. Very good bed.

The property is absolutely impeccable and well equipped with everything you need. The rooms are spatious and beautifully decorated. This is an overall lovely apartment, regardless if you are on a business trip or leisure. The host is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

I'd say the pictures don't fully reveal how modern and cosy this apartment is. It offers everything you need for a short stay (we loved the terrace outside!). Parking is next to your door step, but you do need a car as the apartment is further from the town center.
The bed had two separate mattresses and wasn't the most comfortable, but can't give less than 10 for such a minor thing as the apartment was one of the best we've been to recently.
