Great house and great location. Very easy check in and check out. AC upstairs worked great but AC downstairs one day reached 77 degrees. Contacted the owner and he came the next day and fixed it. I paid extra money to have pool/hot tub heated. It was a lot of money but I'm glad I did it for the family. The only negative I have is my family likes to recycle and we never found the recycle bin, only the trash dump. I would rent from here again.

Spacious home in nice neighborhood. Convenient location to restaurants and grocery stores. Property manager was very attentive. The towels need to be upgraded as they were stained and stringy. There were no kitchen linens or potholders at all. The sofa in the TV room needs repairs or replacement. The kitchen dining chairs were peeling badly and making a constant mess.. It would be an easy repair. The kitchen needs more pots/pans for the number of people the house accommodates. All things considered, it was a nice week.

Keep looking! The reviews looked good, I discovered the few reviews and long time in between means problems unnoticed and lack of maintenance and servicing. I have pasted some of my communication with the prop manager to show issues. Check in Oct 19 for 9 days. Pool heat to be on prior to arrival. -Me Oct 20; "Pool and hot tub are cold." -Response; "I have just been to the villa to check on the pool ... The pool and spa heating are both working fine... -Me Oct 20 later; "Are there separate thermostats for upstairs and downstairs? Kitchen area is warm and the thermostat on the wall in the kitchen area is just blank, like it’s off?" (20 minutes to find issue)"batteries were dead. I took batteries from the upstairs and put them in the downstairs, has power." -Me; "With cooling on temp went up from 77 now 79?" -Response; Fail safe has probably kicked in, blocked condensate drains. -Manager Oct 21-Pool heat; The pool tech came out to the villa today to inspect the heater, drip of water on the burners is extinguishing the flames. Safety is of paramount importance shut the heater down. -Manager offered another property, then came by and recanted saying the unit had a water problem but we could use the pool since it was 3 houses away, he would turn on heat. -Me Oct 23;"Checking about heat for *other address* pool and hot tub. How long does it take to heat? Just checked it tonight and it’s still cold." -Response; The technicians were servicing the heater unit yesterday, and they haven't got back to me yet. -Oct 24 me response;"I have tried to be understanding, but this is ridiculous. We chose this unit and paid more because of reviews and wanted a problem free vacation, been anything but problem free. First, the AC is dead and the AC is not working. The first day we are here the pool/hot tub heat is supposed to be on and it’s cold, you said it was working fine, then you update the heater is broken and can’t be fixed. Tuesday morning you tell me we can use the pool at ** but don’t want us to move because of a water problem, you are going there to turn on pool heat. Now 2 days later its being serviced? Why did you tell me you were going to turn heat on? 5 nights and have not spent 1 minute in a pool. There is much more, but limited by VRBO in length. Never got to use a pool, additional upstairs AC died 1 night. Got constant run around. Kitchen needs update, especially appliances. Manager-Hayes Vacation Homes

We loved our experience! The house is huge, plenty of space for multiple families, the kitchen was great for cooking, the beds were very comfortable and the kids LOVED the pool. We will definitely stay here again when we come back and will recommend it to other friends.

Paul and Julie were a pleasure to deal with. Couple of issues were taken care of immediately! House is beautiful, plenty of room for multiple families. Pool and hot tub are a dream! Community center was closed for the week, which was a bummer, but the house made up for it!

We loved the property. Very comfy beds. Home owners a pleasure to work with. Answered every question quickly. Plenty of space for our multiple family spring break with 7 kids! We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub and grilled out twice...it was fantastic!

From check in to check out Paul and Julie made sure we had everything we needed. The house comfortably accommodated all eight of us and was clean and well stocked.

My family had a great time in this home. We had a problem with the air conditioning unit not working the 3rd night there. But that was quickly resolved the next day. Julie and Paul always responded back in a timely manner before and while we were there. The location was close to all the amusement parks and other tourist attractions. It usually took about 20-25 minutes to get to the parks. Overall, I would recommend this home.

good location for a week of golf at 6 different courses and a theme park visit or two. Large, well laid out floor plan with plenty of space for 7 adults. Owners/managers quick with replies to our inquiries, by text/email and by phone; on top of all aspects of the rental. I would very likely rent here again when returning to this area, without hesitation. ( could have done with a little less rain next time...............)

Besides a small issue with the local internet company, the experience was fantastic. Julie and Paul were great and responded quickly to all of our needs. We have already recommended VRBO and Haynes Vacation Rentals to family and friends. We will be back in 2019.

This is an ideal location to various places in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. Easy access (even walking distance) to Medieval Times, WalMart & Chck Fila just to name a few. My family had a great time and we will revisit this location. Mrs Julie was very accessible and attentive to my calls and emails.

The home is centrally located and convenient to all. Well maintained and beautiful property.
