The owner is really accommodating. The parking is not free though. If you have a car. You have to pay extra per day for the parking fee inside the condo unit. Other than that, everything else is good. The unit is a walking distance to the convenience stores and restaurants. It is only 5 minutes drive to Gaisano Mall. Major banks is everywhere. There’s a money changer across the road. Overall, I love the place and the location.
