We loved it! It was centrally located for our various destinations and in a safe and secure community. It was spacious and homey and met the needs of 3 adults and 2 dogs. The hosts were very accommodating and thoughtful to our needs. We were highly satisfied and would recommend their place to anyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely Tucson townhome. We are VRBO vacation home owners ourselves, so I am pretty picky. But this home is a "gem" in every way. The location is perfect, in a lovely small development of townhomes in a nice part of Tucson, with beautiful and mature landscaping, peaceful and quiet. Yet it's only minutes to loads of shopping, including a Whole Foods! Plus this particular condo is only steps away from the shared pool complex, which itself is very nicely kept and attractive. The house was immaculately clean and well furnished, with comfy beds (well, we only used one), and good quality linens and towels. The layout of the home was perfect for us, and we liked each having our own bathroom! It also has a very attractive and large patio space to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails under the shade of the olive tree. Awesome! Our dog loved the house too, and was very happy being able to go in and out to the patio whenever she wanted. The owner even provided a dog bowl, a drinking water dispenser, and some great dog treats! Our dog was in heaven the whole time, and we love it when a property owner is clearly a "dog person". The kitchen was very well equipped, and the owner even provided a lot of staples which we really appreciated, especially the good coffee that we enjoyed every morning! So many quality touches and little extras throughout the house! And last but not least, Dawn is a very attentive and responsive owner. She made checking in and getting settled easy, and she responded quickly to any texts with questions we had. Dawn was so helpful to my husband when he had to have a "emergency" Amazon delivery sent to us at the townhome. Dawn is very accommodating and hospitable - the perfect VRBO host, in my opinion. I can't say enough about this wonderful vacation property and its owner. We will be back, and we highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing and comfortable stay in Tucson!

We loved this place and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is a lovely home, and the patio is wonderful and peaceful. We will definitely stay here again and again. Our host was extremely responsive and customer oriented. She made sure we had a great stay and took care of every detail. Fabulous!!

Clean, spacious, well equipped, good location for sightseeing. Host was very responsive and provided complimentary coffee and btl of wine as well as having condiments and storage containers available. Refrig was noisy at first but issue was resolved. Water in kitchen was not very hot but baths were ok. We were very comfortable here. We would definitely stay again if in area.

This was our second trip to Tucson and this location was perfect for a "fact-finding" trip. Great location, central to a lot of different places. Easy shot to downtown, airport, or pretty much anywhere. The neighborhood is just off a fairly busy road (Oracle) but it was surprisingly quiet and very peaceful. The house was well-furnished and comfortable. The pool and hot tub area were very nice and well maintained (altho I thought it was funny that there were only two chaise lounge chairs). The mid-70s felt fantastic to us from Washington but I think the Arizonans were still chilly, so we had the pool area to ourselves most of the time. Really good breakfast/lunch cafe right next door (First Watch).. We'd happily stay here again.

Dawn and Jason are thoughtful, organized, hands-on owners who are immediately responsive to any requests. Dawn left us a bottle of wine and the doggie bowl was filled with water! The neighborhood was quiet despite being close and convenient to everything. The patio-front porch-garage is all enclosed so we really appreciated just letting our dog out. The furniture is comfortable and the condo was well stocked. I think VRBO should ask Dawn and Jason to do online training with other VRBO hosts!

I have stayed in several vacation rentals but none as perfect as this one. This property had everything one could think of and our dogs felt at home with the yard and dog door. It was conveniently located, quiet and peaceful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Literally one of the nicest rentals we have ever stayed at, and we use VRBO and similar sites all the time. A beautifully decorated, amenity-laden and totally charming home - space aplenty, a beautiful private yard and fire table to enjoy cooler nights, everything immaculately maintained. More than enough space by far for a couple and would easily and comfortably hold two couples of a family. Top notch.

Loved this home. The bottle of wine was so nice! Love the covered patio and grill! So much space! Right off the running/biking path and used that everyday! Close enough to U of A where I could quickly visit my WC! Can’t wait to return!

This property was the perfect size and condition for us. Everything went real smooth and we had great communication with the host. Everything we needed was provided and the house was much cleaner than many other places we have stayed. The neighborhood was very friendly and we had easy access to the pool where we met other friendly neighbors. We hope to stay there again soon.

We stayed here for a week in late March. It was the perfect location to explore Tuscon…and we went all over! Great communication with the hosts! They were extremely helpful! Lovely outdoor space and great pool, hot tub near by. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Tuscon. The owners’ book was very helpful as well. Only suggestion would be more sitting available in living room. We brought in chairs.

Our stay at this location was great. it was a large spacious two bedroom, two bath. it had all the amenities, including patio with table and grill, washer/dryer and enclosed garage. also, fully stocked with detergent, cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc. couldn't have asked for a better location. also, not far from the places we wanted to visit.

Great accommodations!

Loved staying here. Like-new and tasteful furnishings, fixtures, tile, etc. Many nice kitchen and bath supplies left for us. Quiet neighbourhood to enjoy walking and swimming in the nearby pool. Especially liked the shady backyard patio. We plan to come back.

This place was in a great location, central to everything, many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Kitchen was well stocked to stay in, if preferred. There was even complimentary wine and cold tea, very nice touch. The outdoor furniture could have been a little more comfortable, we didn’t hang out much on the patio but would have liked to. Master bed was very comfy as was the living room furniture. All in all was a great stay!
