Good location, new well-appointed apartment with a sunny balcony, comfortable and quiet

The package provided by the rental agency is a little basic. I had to make the bed with 2 pillow cases and 2 sheets (but no duvet cover). I had a bath towel and hand towel (but really needed a bath mat). There were tablets for the dishwasher but no tea towel and only one toilet roll. The rubbish bag was too small and I had to take it to a bin along the road and return the bedding and towels to the agency to avoid a fine. I was only given the address a few weeks before I arrived (197 Avenue Rosny)
