Okay for the location.

I liked it because the house was spacious for just 4 of us. But I don't think it will be as comfortable as for a bigger crowd.
I don't think the house is properly cleaned and maintained because there's a lot dust on not commonly used items and furniture. There's also broken plastic plates and cups that are not been removed by the host. The remote control and TV also cannot be utilized by us,so I am not really sure if the tv facilities should be included in the list. I also think that you need to update the current house photos of the property.
