La amplitud y la localización del piso

La cerradura está algo dura

La ubicación, el tamaño del apartamento y las instalaciones en general.

La cercanía al centro y la proximidad al río y puente zubizuri. Tuvimos un problema pues no había horno (cosa que sí aparecía en los detalles del piso) y hablamos con quien llevaba el lugar y en seguida nos compensaron por la falla. También ocurrió que solamente había un juego de sábanas y toallas para 4 personas (nos quedamos un mes completo). Solicitamos unas extra y no tardaron en traerlas.

Al estar en un bajo llega menos luz y en algunos momentos del día es un pelín desagradable. Algunas de las sábanas tenían manchas pero estaban limpias. No nos molestó del todo y no nos quejamos, pero sería importante que revisaran el estado de vez en cuando.

Perfect location, spacious flat. All excellent, nothing to add

not a complaint, but the parking is ~10mins walking away, which might be annoying if you carry lots of stuff. Anyway the accommodation is 5 out of 5

very nice location on the ground floor, good place for a family. spacious with good beds. Aston Rentals was friendly, responded quickly on questions and was helpful.

we could not control the heating ourselves (centrally controlled, sometimes it was heating the apartment when it was warm outside).

Good location, close to Guggenheim museum and not to far from Old Town. Very helpful and friendly host (Monika). Spacy rooms, kitchen not so wellequipped.

VERY NOISY during night, first night could hardly sleep
