Super host. He thought of everything. Apartment spacious comfy and spotless.

Staying in this property was not like a rental, it was like staying in your own home. From the minute we got the keys we couldnt believe how lucky we were to be staying here. The apartment has everything for your holiday including a dishwasher oven hob microwave etc. Juan has thought of everything to make your holiday memorable. The balcony was stunning, so large and overlooking the beach to the side and the immaculate gardens to the right. There is a wonderful swimming pool and bar, but this was closed as Winter. Juan was on hand to answer any questions. To sum up, a fantastic place to stay. We hope to return.

Only that we had to ask for two sets of keys as provided with only one which is difficult to leave one person locked in the apartment while the other wishes to go out!

An exceptional apartment; clean, well-equipped and provisioned for our six-night stay. The view from the balcony overlooking the spacious palm-filled gardens and the beach was delightful. The wifi connection was very good. We'd booked parking in the underground garage and that was easy to access. Inma, who greeted us when we arrived and collected the keys when we left, was friendly and efficient. There are restaurants nearby (open in November). Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Both bedrooms open up on to the large balcony. Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom. The only negative was that the twin beds in the second bedroom are really only fit for children - they are quite small; one had a very soft mattress and the other creaked at every move! This is a very pleasant part of busy Torrevieja. We were very glad we booked this apartment and would love to stay here again if we re-visit the area, especially if the beds in bedroom 2 are upgraded!

Lovely, comfortable, sylish apartment, very well equipped, had all you need. Good little kitchen, even had a little dishwasher. Warm in November, just needed the heat on occasionally. Excellent location just across from beach in a beautiful private park full of chattering parrots. We enjoyed lunch on the balcony with the seaview. Everything was very clean. Communication with the owner was excellent and the greeter was extremely helpful, we had a long chat. Even in November there were several restaurants open nearby. We liked Torrevieja and hope to come back to this apartment in a few months.

We had great time in the Sweet Home EL PALMERAL Apartment. Very efficient check-in and check-out. We have found a welcome gift upon our arrival, nice touch of hospitality which make us smile and was most appreciated after a long journey! The apartment itself was perfect - very comfortable, clean and tidy with everything we need. You can see that apartment was renovated and it's nicely arranged with modern decor and brand new furnitures. We are couple but the space is also comfortable for more people because there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms and spacious living room connected to nice kitchenette which is very well equipped with new appliances and utensils. It is important that the apartment is also equipped with basic products that you do not want to buy during a few days stay, such as washing liquid, washing powder, cleaning products, etc. There is beautiful, big tarrace/balcony facing south-west, where the sun shines on for the majority of the day and it is a perfect place to relax overlooking the palm trees garden and spectacular sea views. We loved it very much and enjoyed our dinner there with a glass of wine. Sweet Home EL PALMERAL is located in the first line from the sea but even there is plenty city life the area is really quiet. At night you can hear sea and during the day you can observe cute parrotts flying between the palm trees. Los Locos beach, as well as restaurants and bars are within a few steps. Our host Juan prior to our arrival, responded to all my questions very fast and in details and also during our stay was very nice and extremally helpfull. Juan, thank you for your hospitality! I'm sure we will be back.

Dirty. Bed clothes hadn’t been cleaned. Dust and hadn’t been mopped. Smelled of damp. Hallways and lifts dirty
